  • I was not too long ago struggling with money and trying to stretch the dollars (euros) as much as I could. My budget was very limited and I needed to make sure that I get enough calories in order to sustain my bodybuilding journey.
    In today's video I will show you how you can continue bodybuilding and putting on muscle even without a big budget. I chose ingredients that are nutritious and healthy while staying on a budget.
    As calculated in the last part of the video, it comes out to be 1.5 euros per meal, 49 euros per week. Obviously you can make it even cheaper by choosing other protein sources but I triet to keep it as healthy as possible as well.
