    In this video I described the 5 most common nutrition mistakes and what to do to avoid them. Also in the end are two bonus tips that make a big difference in your progress.
    Knowing the fundamentals, how many calories and macronutrients you need and also sticking with your plan are a few of these important points, crucial to your progress!
    If you believe that you do corectly everything I said in the video but you still don't make progress, keep in mind that consistency it's key. Even though everything might be right, it still needs time.
