Kurczewski is accused of killing her friend Hernan by slipping large amounts of eye drops into her drink. The jury also saw text messages that indicate Kurczewski was familiar with the eye drops ingredient, Tetrahydrozoline, months before detectives mentioned it.

At least now she won't be needing to testify on the stand. Because she's already said more than enough during her police interrogations, her text messages, and her phone conversations to convince the jury that she's guilty of committing the murder.
The hospital would not condone the use of medications/eye drops unless THEY provided them.

So she says there were boxes of eye drops in the house. Well if there were boxes and boxes of eye drops why would she continue to buy 6-7 bottles a week??! This lady really thinks these detectives are buying her lies!! She thinks she has it all planned out.
It's funny how much Scott just doesn't care about all the stuff she's rambling on about in the text messages. She'll send 3-4 full paragraph texts about how she's puking, sh-tting, almost dying, and he'll reply with a few words like "Ah... that's no good."
