The fact that he mentioned his father passing recently and she couldn't be bothered to express even a basic sound of condolence is telling. So sick.
She's too focused on her web of lies. You have to admit, she's a better liar than most people probably are. She's just not as clever as she thinks she is.
That was one of the first things I picked up on. You and I know the detective said that to gauge her baseline reactions. The average person would, without hesitation, offer their condolences. It spoke volumes to the type of degenerates LE was dealing with. I believe the mother was 100% involved with every theft from Lynn Hernon. JK is one of the most calculating, manipulative, selfish, lying and cold-blooded murderers the US.
I noticed this too. Actually, neither of them flinched. I can guarantee if Jennifer expressed empathy for the investigator, Jessy would have jumped right over Jennifer to say ‘sorry for your loss’
I was waiting on her to at least say she was sorry for his loss…..NOPE! Anytime I see someone laughing it up when they’re being interviewed by police I automatically think they are trying so hard to make the detectives think they are such a great person and butter wouldn’t melt in their mouth. Bingo, there’s your psycho! Did Miss Froggy went a courtin’ have any knowledge of what Miss Psycho did and was she involved? Anyone know?
esp... just as he said it's such a big part of your life when you are 'really' completely caring for someone else (emotionally, mentally, physically, in every way) and when you love them and witness their ending time... you REALLY empathize with other people that have gone through that! She didn't feel or say anything sympathetic to him.

Yeah you could perceive it that way, although there's no set standard as far as body language and how one acts in these situations that are innocent, as opposed to not. I would agree that these were red flags in this situation though. If you're human, you should be able to pick up on it. I found how she acted to be extremely off-putting and odd as well.
Absolutely. I've never seen someone so happy and excited in a situation like this. The constant laughing and I know everyone reacts differently in a situation like this but it seems odd to me.
The sad part is they both are making Lynn seem so bad that she’s abusing pills and alcohol but if that was the case why didn’t they seek help for her while she was alive … jessy I’m sorry you are not the victim here.

My Dad is an aging alcoholic and poly substance drug abuser and I've literally begged him to get help. You can always lead a horse to water but you can't make them drink. In my experience, you can't help addicts unless they want to help themselves. You're definitely right that she's not the victim.
If anyone thinks that made her a bad person or not the victim they obviously don’t know what it’s like to know you’re sick but it feels like Dr’s just think you’re drug searching or it’s in your head or even trying to get attention. That would drive anyone to self medicate. I’d rather be dead than to live like that. There’s a special place in hell for people that would put someone through that! This day and time if i get sick and stay sick and a Dr can’t diagnose me I’ll be saying something to anyone who’ll listen…”MAYBE SOMEONE IS POISONING ME”!

I am completely new to this case and the first thing that stands out to me is how chipper, eager and chatty she is in this interview. She seems way too happy considering her friend died. How long has it been at this point?

And she didn't account for Lynn's cousin/friend John who was a state attorney for 37 years and who went to the MEs office and expressed his concerns over Lynn's death. He went to the MEs office and said it didn't pass the smell test in his opinion. Thank gosh for him and that very intelligent ME.

When two detectives sitting across anyone in a recorded room is called interrogation. They aren’t there to make friends or have chit chat what’s for lunch.

That's why I thank God for law enforcement, police and detectives. They have such a keen eye on how to notice things the average person wouldn't even think about. And the fact of how they have great poker faces and they never let suspects know what they're really thinking while they're playing dumb. I think they're amazing!🤗

This trial and this interview is fascinating because I find myself in a similar position of the deceased when she was alive. I recently cut off talking to a similar person & her husband because I thought they had ill intent. Difficult getting old with no family as can't really trust anybody.

Actually, the person who executes the power of attorney (called the principal) can appoint anyone (called the Agent) without ever telling that person. But, if the Agent ever used that power of attorney, and claimed they didn’t know if they had power of attorney, that would be a problem.
The person has to sign a Power of Attorney over and have it notarized

Jessy truly thought Lynn was going to die during the lengthy hospital stay 09/12-09/28. So much do that Jessy was doing $500 ATM withdrawals from Lynn’s bank almost every day to drain the account.
She's just too Damm confident.
And even more important, Lynn would NOT have kept going to the doctors to find out why she had terrible abdominal pain if she herself were drinking Visine. She'd obviously know why her stomach hurt, so Jessy's whole argument that Lynn knew the Visine was in her water literally gets blown out of the water.
She sure is giggling for someone who is DEAD! I mean come on people!
Jessy talked her way into a conviction, and I’m glad she did. She needs to be off the streets because she would do it again. She gambled $250,000 of lynn’s money and has nothing to show for it.

The first thing that’s immediately odd from the interview, is how cheerful Jessy seems. I don’t think I would be laughing or as cheery as Jessy is if my friend had passed away.

Lynn was scheduled to have home health care on the Friday before she was murdered! Jessy didn’t want anyone else to have access to Lynn….Jessy knew she had to kill Lynn before any home health aide could even get in the house. They were calling trying to set up the time to come and Jessy blocked them from speaking with Lynn….Jessy finally answered their calls and said Lynn was dead!! No way her mother didn’t know….they were both robbing poor Lynn dry! Evil mother and daughter team!
Jessys mom hasn't been charged with a crime, she was a registered nurse, and hadn't been over to Lynn's for quite sometime prior to her death/murder. It's possible she had no idea, her daughter was murdering her friend.
Jessy stole from her own mother! Jessy did the same things to her own mother that she did to Lynn ( except she didn’t murder her mother…yet) Jessy was on parole/probation for fraud, theft etc. Jennifer Flowers had to have known about the money crimes at least!!! Jennifer Flowers was taking thousands of dollars, tv, Lynn’s Jeep, and I am sure many other things! Jessy didn’t have a legitimate job….,where would she get all the money? I hope the police/ DA continue to investigate Jennifer Flowers involvement! It’s just my opinion but I sincerely believe she knew what was going on!

Judge Dorow rocks!!! She was the judge in the Darrel Brooks case (the creep who intentionally ran over people at a Christmas parade.) Brooks ‘represented’ himself. Judge Dorow was patient, but firm with him and she often had to put him in time outs. He’s in prison forever.

She's been taking advantage of that poor woman long time. I wonder about her Mom (best friend) who hasn't seen her for months. Sick people.
