- Lynn Hernan's money moved a lot around the time she was allegedly murdered by Jessy Kurczewski. Testimony in day 7 of the Eye Drops Murder Trial focused on the victim's bank accounts and the numerous checks made out to Kurczewski. Prosecutors say Kurczewski killed Hernan with a lethal dose of eye drops to quickly access her money. The defense claim Hernan took her own life.

This is premeditated murder. It is possible that Jessy had been doping Lynn/s drinks for an extended period of time which would account for Lynn's somewhat allusive illness.
That's what quite a few of us crime fans think, that she added the drops over an extended period of time. Such an evil and cruel thing to do.

Jessy made up documents, plus opened credit card accounts and spent every single dime and stole Lynn's idenity. Jessy poisoned her slowly while she drained Lynn's money down to the last time. Jessy had a party and gambling problem!

@@emilinebelle7811 using it as directed in the eyes is likely safe for most people but ingesting it orally can make a person incredibly sick. I remember hearing about people stupidly using it to prank their friends years ago by putting a few drops in their drinks because ingesting just a small amount causes really bad diarrhea. I can't imagine how sick someone would be if they had been ingesting it for days.
She had to do it. The money was almost all gone and one more month and Lynn would have found out and called the cops.

They did have the other guy who was also supposed to get Lynne’s assists. He already testified to receiving $13K about 6 months later. And from what I gathered the will was supposed to be split between the two. So she got about $150K, plus condo cost and he received $13K. I think we all know what she was after.
