DY90112 How to Remove and Install a Back Glass Sliding Window on a Chevy or GMC Truck

How to remove and install a back glass on a truck both stationary and sliding back glass. This is a 1999-2006 Chevy Silverado or GMC Sierra. The truck is been upgraded from a solid piece to a manual sliding window.

How did you get the tool started into the glass?

​@dougleboone1089 the cold knife must be sharp, you can work it into the by pushing it in from the point. Try going back and forth until it is inside full, then start pulling, pro tip don't allow the cold knife to start rising because it will scratch the pinchweld and take of the paint of the truck. Going back and forth if you see it rising. You can also spray some water to help the blade slide. Hope this helps
