The fact that you're prying on broken glass above eye level and you don't have a pair of safety glasses on just speaks volumes to me about your ability

Why aren't the bolts needed? Surely they were there for a reason? Not being judgmental just here to learn.
How can you remove the old glass without breaking it? I want to replace my sliding rear window with a solid one that doesn’t slide. I hate having to look at those black bars in my rear view mirror knowing I will never slide that little window open.

PU polyurethane glue, also you need PU primer for best results.

Wow what would it cost to have one installed. My next door neighbor kid just busted my window out 😮 on accident. His mom is going crazy as she is freaking out on cost. Lol
What glue do you use?
Damn great work, professional job man
You do not need to remove the entire back glass. This is done inside of your truck.
Do not make any changes to the cable on the track. Just vacuum off all broken pieces that landed on the track to prevent the center sliding glass from running on it; otherwise the center glass will get shattered.

How did you get the tool started into the glass?
@dougleboone1089 the cold knife must be sharp, you can work it into the by pushing it in from the point. Try going back and forth until it is inside full, then start pulling, pro tip don't allow the cold knife to start rising because it will scratch the pinchweld and take of the paint of the truck. Going back and forth if you see it rising. You can also spray some water to help the blade slide. Hope this helps
