Today's video is a fun get up and go advanced flow, using a ball - you can leave the ball work out if you don't have one! I hope you love this one as much as I do!
You need to be confident in your hypopressives breath work, foundational and advanced poses before trying this video as it's an advanced hypopressives sequence.

I found the breath hold a bit of a challenge today! Were we holding for longer or was it just me? 😂 Enjoyed the routine though, and could feel it in my core, which is always good. 🙏
Yes - more time for the breath holds, so do pop in some extra rest breaths as needed!
