Love this! Again felt it in different places! Thank you Alice! X
Thank you! Love adding in variety - so nice to mix things up! xx
A different sequence for me and I really loved it .. Getting the hang of using the ball a bit more now and great to mix it up like this .Thank -you
Well done Katherine - so glad you're enjoying the ball work 💙
Loved this one!
Me too, I struggled to find a good bit of wall so another go at it would be good.
Let me know how you get on next time! :)
Might need to do that one again to get it right but feels like a good one. Thanks as always!
Glad you like it so far, and let me know how you get on second time round - well done!
Fun variation for my practice.
Great! 👍🏻
Lovely!! Thank you!!!!
Thank you! You are so welcome! 💕
I am enjoying these routines very much. One question: I can hold the apnea much longer than what you demonstrate. Is that ok?
Hi Marilyn! So great to have you here. Yes that's fine, I try to do an average breath hold count for the videos, but hold for as long as is comfortable for you 👍🏻
Alice, when you squeeze the ball are you consciously squeezing your glutes?
Hi Tricia, you can if you want to, I don't!
It was great once I found the right bit of wall 😅
Brilliant - well done!!
