The woman crouching down to just slide to her car door is an everyday legend: better to look stupid than to fall HARD. 😁
Ditto the horse that basically ice-skated into its stall... back onto Mom, well, as many slips as we've seen on these submissions, I have to agree with her, it did work! (Is Mom a FailArmy viewer? It wouldn't surprise me...)
No, she IS stupid for taking the car in such weather.
It reminded me of when Spongebob forgot how to tie his shoes.
Do you know what’s my every day legend? 1:53
Lowering her center of gravity like that was brilliant.
The couple at 6:10. That “Help me!” absolutely slayed me. 🤣💀
The horse at 0:55 dealt with icy conditions better than any of the humans in this video.
Well, yeah, s/he’s twice as many legs!
Four wheel drive
That horse went to the backroom
Not the woman who just slide to her car: also smarter than most humans. 😁
And gave me my first laugh with these videos! (Horse)😂
6:10 from amount of their laugh I guess these two are really happy together 🤣
good to see right? :)
@@Disinterested1 It is :)
Yep,always be positive.
Overdubs. 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦🏻♂️
4:33 the big dog casually walking by like 'I don't 👀 the big deal' was hilarious 🤣
The teenage girls in 2:45 are Polish and the girl behind the camera says 'Dawaj, podskocz teraz', which means 'Come on, jump up now'. One of the girls on ice asks 'Podskocz?' (Jump?) and she replies 'no', which translates as 'yeah'.
Your HOPSCOTCH in the subtitles must seem truly funny for all the Polish language speakers out there ;-)
Thanks for the info. That actually makes it funnier!!
I think they gave up trying to translate years ago.
Now they just make up stuff.
I mean, I do not speak Polish, and even I could do better with just Google Translate.
To be fair, it's an automatic captioning program, and it sounded like "hopscotch." Thanks for the translation! 😊
też to zauważyłem właśnie
thats anyhow interessting........... im polish and dont speak a f....... word of it 😂
That horse had an epic win.
let's congratulate that horse
That shockwave effect on the trampoline is excellent 👍
Who else was waiting for the oven door to fly open?
I was kinda waiting for some kind of discipline....instead of the now common practice of recording it for social media laughs. But, at least the kid now knows it's ok...and when a frying pan is there instead of cake, they can record him getting baby's first , first degree burns.
No, I was waiting (but hoping it didn't happen) for the kid to fall backwards and crack his head on the floor while his dumb fukk parent films it.
@@RandysRides hahahah. that was awesome.
@@RandysRidesI was waiting for the door to fly open.. end up with a head injury and glass cuts..
They lock.
2:50 I love that they translated ,,podskocz" as hopscotch lol
Hopscotch, no, absolutely not...ah, go on then, what's the worst that could happen?
The horse isn’t a fail, it’s a win!
4:40 You laugh but she brought down her center of gravity to be less tippy. This was actually pretty smart, I'll be storing that one in the noggin
2:25 The death gurgle of a snowmobile.
That guy was so dumb.. ive never even touched a snowmobile in my life but I know if its actively snowing and everywhere else has snow except one spot, unless snow is melting its a cause for concern
@@cherriberri8373 you are fine, if you dont stop
@@cherriberri8373 Indeed. Will never understand why people have the urge to drive vehicles over frozen lakes and such.
However a snowmobile at least can drive over water like a hydroplane if you keep it running full throttle at high speed, rare instance where going full send here would've actually helped.
@0:56 😂 Smart horse with great balance. I bet he ate it at least once on that ramp before he learned to slide!
@3:38 when the dog thinks the chair is chasing him and he bolts! 👏
As funny as the dog thing is sometimes I question what’s going on in the owners head. Took her like 5min to react and actually try to get the dog. Also maybe the the house would of been a better tie of point lol
@@TheOnlyKontrolfat and lazy. Also perhaps a bit slow mentally. Should have grabbed the dog as soon as it paused, instead she watched as it took off.
@@TheOnlyKontrol apparently not much was going on.
Gorgeous dog though
And the never ending war of man vs frozen stairs continues
Stairs always win
Here in Sweden, we all have large-corn sand (grit, 1-3 mm ø) in a smart place to scatter on the ice. If the sand is indoors first, it melts its way down a bit making the ice like sandpaper. We also have slip-on cleats for our shoe soles, so one can walk (carefully, of course) anywhere.
It amazes me that no-one in these videos seems to know about the sand. They also walk like they've never been on ice before. How can this be?
@@spacelemur7955 Interesting! Also...you guys in Sweden are way smarter than us Americans!
@@spacelemur7955 I'm from the UK, but live in the USA. I have slip on cleats for my shoes, as walking my dog three times a day when it's icy is not to be taken lightly. I also keep stuff to melt ice that's designed not to hurt the paws of animals, such as dogs, on hand. I live in Philadelphia, PA, which isn't often snowy/icy.
Some people are willing to drive on a flat/rim than pay for AAA. Some people just like physical/financial pain, I suppose!
@@spacelemur7955 The fact that a trip to the hospital here can eat up all your savings for a lifetime adds to the madness of not holding rails/salting stairs and pavements/using Yak Tracs/cleats. Many Americans are by nature optimistic, so that may be part of it?!
4:59 I love how it was the window that failed and not the cat bed. It stayed attached. 🤣🤣🤣
That timing though
The dog dragging the chair cracked me up. 😂
I don't want to live in a world that has people who think a lawn chair will stop a dog running away.
@@fredmercury1314 or doesn't react until the dog is in the street.
@Fred Mercury agreed.. why would someone look past a porch column anchored to the house and decide a lawn chair that weighs less than ten pounds can somehow tether a dog that weighs over 60 pounds?
@@mrblack5145 She was smoking crack or something? lol
Well, its like this... when one first tethers the dog to the chair, one is going by the combined weight of the chair and one's self sitting IN the chair, not thinking that one will absent-mindedly get up OUT of said chair, leaving a very draggable "anchor point" for the dog to have in tow!
Yeah, we did that to our dog one time, back somewhere probably in the 80's. I think Dad was the one. Yeah, I'll blame him for that one! 🥴🤣 There wasn't a convenient porch post nearby, though, as I recall, as a better alternative. (Although I've seen some porch posts that would've been a WORSE choice than a five-pound lawn chair - adding the risk of a collapsed porch roof when the dog gives a yank!)
A few minutes after the majority mass of the anchoring chair got up and walked elsewhere, our poor dog Daisy got up from her resting spot and ambled off, herself. Soon followed by a gritty dragging sound from the now-sliding chair. Alerting Daisy to look around to see what was making noise. Which caused her to go into a trot to further herself from chair. Chair then follows her in full trot itself. Upon which she BOLTS. So does the chair. Fortunately, the chair soon got stuck between bushes or something, leaving just terrified yelping from Daisy as she turns and starts attacking the chair.
Poor girl had a rough day! (Its a wonder that animal survived us for so long!)
It reminded us of that episode of "Peanuts" (Thanksgiving one, maybe?) where Snoopy gets frustrated setting up the lawn chairs and I think one of them sorta comes to life, with the two of them battling it out on the lawn!
I wonder if something like this ever happened to Charles Schultz, giving him the idea for that scene...
The horse sliding down the ramp, awesome. Beat that Mr Ed.
6:12 "HELP ME" took me out.
The only one in this vid with a brain was the mom who had sense enough to lower her center of gravity and squat slide down the driveway.
Then she was going to get in the car and drive away on her bald summer tires.
@@KBosch-xp2ut 😆
That horse skidding down the ramp had good technique too
@@KBosch-xp2uthow can you tell the condition and type of her tires.. they just look black

@3:45 The moment you realize how stupid your dog is and that he isn't going to stop.
They tied a 70Lb dog to a 12lb chair...Who is stupid ?
@@kennethalbert4653 My thoughts exactly.
That dog being chased by the chair... it's so much funnier when it's someone else's dog.
2:45 That's not English, that's Polish. They're saying: "Come on, jump now, jump. Yeah? Yeah!"
Yea. "No" in Polish means yes. :)

Why do so few people use handholds or railings when they try to go up or down icy steps? That's why they are there. That's the entire point of having them.
anybody know what she punctured there towards the end of the video? no way that's gas right up against the drywall like that, surely?
Could be! Maybe central vacuum system? Or vent line for appliances in the basement? New houses are weird.
@@caferider5434 ah, indeed. good thoughts
I, too, was wondering what air/gas/ventilation system would be placed less than an inch from wall. I’ve seen some other comments calling her dumb for not checking first, or for choosing to use a nail for hanging a coat rack, but I think most people would be surprised to find piping centimeters from the drywall.
Low pressure side of split A/C ??
@@makenziecelyif you don't check for pipes in walls... ya know, where we put them, yeah you might hit them. Things arent done right intentionally or not, things shift and settle over time, etc. It's really worth the 35-70 bucks to get the tool(s), and a really bad idea to just blindly toss a nail into the wall because you think it should be fine.
The happiness of a dog when they see you come is always priceless...until they drag your chair around to express their joy. 3:35
and scratches the nearby car with it ^^

Whenever I have a bad day I'm comforted by the fact that I will never be as consistently wrong as the person that makes the closed captions for FailArmy videos.
2:45 subtitles are completely wrong. Here's what they're actually saying:
- I am so cold
- c'mon, jump now
- jump?
- yeah
There are professional captioning services out there, and they're not expensive for short video. They probably won't translate Polish, but will at least be able to put up or something. Just sayin'
@@suedenim - Nah, FailArmy clearly only get their captioning done by the absolute cheapest company employing people in the developing world who don't even speak English competently! 😂

7:08 This is why you use a stud finder and not randomly putting a nail into your wall. gotta love hitting what could have been a gas line....
Had to be a gas line how are there so many people still alive
@@kirkanos3968 And who puts up a coat rack with nails? Especially in plasterboard! DIY fail. 🤦♂
Most common stud finders will mistake them for studs anyways... Would have been in the same situation.
@@teaurn She seems very new to the whole, living alone, gotta DIY thing. Lol

The horse was a win, not a fail. He got there in style.
1:26 georgie almost got eaten by IT😭😭😭😭😭
Dude sinking on the snowmobile was creepy, very serious situation hes in
4:10 How about locking the door, rolling up some fabric or similar and using it to fill the gap under the door? With any luck, you'll slow if not stop the water ingress.
That's a Stopgap solution, (fairly literal, that) as the fabric will get soaked through and the pressure would increase if the flooding outside got any worse. I've seen doors give like that in clips like this and the results are not pretty.
'fabric' isn't going to do shit lol.
The dog and that chair were never seen again…
4:48 its actually the most clever way to not fall
No, the most clever way is to put ur socks over ur shoes.
I always love the videos where the dogs come over to join the fun new game their people are playing.

Young girl: "Sometimes girls have a little mustache action." 5:58
Caitlyn Jenner: "Tell me about it, sister."
There is no way it is a responsible idea to drive if you can't even get to your car or to your house.

Watching people get hurt and evade death is hilarious. It’s pretty much the only thing that makes me laugh and laugh and laugh!
Great idea to shuffle down the driveway to get to your car. You can't walk upright because the ice is so bad but, yeah, driving should be totally safe. Geniuses.
I was thinking that no one is going to get anywhere without chains!
Lol since when are roads as icy as that driveway.. they basically never are.
I still think the best one of these is the Golden Retriever just sliding down the driveway with a look of 'Help!' on his face. IT's not in this selection though.
7:08-7:26 -Always have a STUD FINDER in your **Tool Box**; it will prevent situations like this. Plus, I would call NON-Emergency to find out who to get help from(Water/Gas/Electric Company{the one who you pay your bills to]), especially if you are alone. _stud finder: helps detect the studs that are located in the wall and helps you keeping your shelves level._
Do you think she hit a gas line?
@@khakicampbell6640 definitely
First, unless she was in some thrird world country, a gas line should be much better protected. Second, although she was stupid enough to drive nails into her wall, I doubt she is stupid enough to not know what to do if she smells gas .
My guess was water. The water is spraying behind the wall.
1. How would a stud finder keep you from hitting a pipe (sometimes pipes run through studs) and 2. Do you seriously think people only hang things on studs....even when there is no stud where you need to hand something?
All of this advice sounds like it comes from someone who has never done any of this.
And oh, if you really did think you hit a gas line, you need emergency help, not calling a non-emergency number
@@khakicampbell6640 No telling; hence a "stud finder". Plus this has not ever happened to me; I got a lucky with a landlord that explained the pipes (however I also asked).

There's a surprising number of people who don't know how to just sprinkle some salt on their driveway, path, and steps.
Like... just sprinkle some salt, man. Take you like five seconds.
I'd rather deal with the ice than actively aid my car's corrosion
@@nthgthI don't know where you live but where I live, they throw that stuff all over the roads, all winter.
None of my cars have suffered because of it.
@@fredmercury1314 then they must be made of wood, because salt is _widely_ known to accelerate car corrosion. It's why upstate NY, cars and trucks are noticeably more rusty than downstate. Everyone knows it, man.
@@nthgthWell, I live in Europe, where cars are made properly. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
@@fredmercury1314 properly except all the breakdowns lol.
In the USA, this "salt = faster corrosion" thing applies to European cars too. Idk what special material they're using for actual Euro market cars - maybe they're all stainless steel like the DeLorean? Or titanium maybe?
I would think they're normal or high-strength steel though like every other production car on Earth, and that falls victim to salt.
Maybe it's a different salt. I'm surprised I'm even being argued with here; it's like someone saying gamma radiation doesn't increase the risk for cancer.
