How cold can a mini split get ? I’m looking to building a cooler to store gators in for processing.
Using a mini split to cool your space will allow you to maintain temperatures down to 34 F. This is assuming your room is insulated to at least R25 (appx 4" of insulation) and you have a correctly sized A/C. Can this turn the AC on and off remotely?

How can an electronic device take Air conditioner design to bring temperature down to 57°F/ 14°C and make it go down to 39°F/ 4°C ?
Hi there, thanks for reaching out. The CoolBot is a micro-controller that allows you to cool a well insulated room down to refrigeration temperatures. As you noted, an A/C can be set to a max or 60-57 degrees. However, when you set your A/C to it's lowest temperature setting, it's pumping out much colder air to reach that set temperature. With the CoolBot hooked up to your A/C, it becomes the controller, allowing you to set it for refrigeration temperatures. Bonjour, merci d'avoir contacté. Oui, la climatisation a déjà un thermostat, mais la température la plus basse à laquelle vous pouvez régler est de 60 F ou 16 C. Le CoolBot est un microcontrôleur qui se connecte à votre climatiseur de fenêtre, vous permettant de refroidir une pièce bien isolée jusqu'à des températures de réfrigération. Pour beaucoup, construire votre propre chambre froide et l'alimenter avec le CoolBot est beaucoup plus économique qu'une unité traditionnelle.
