The heater delay setting is how long it stops telling the A/C to cool when it turns off due to being at the right temp or the fins are too cold. 30 and 60 means it is off for that many minutes before it allows it to tell the A/C to run again. Hi James, thanks for reaching out. LG units have an Input Board and a Main Board. The main board is inside a metal cover behind the Input Panel (on the A/C body). You can recognize it because the power cord brings power connects directly to the Main Board. In that board there are different relays (small black cubes). The compressor relay is the only one that has a cable coming in and a cable coming out at the top. It is the big rectangular black cube in the board. Unfortunately, unless you can work on boards and do electronics, this relay is not replaceable and the whole board should be replaced.
