    I made tortellini al brodo a month ago and it really is hard work, especially as it was my first time making it. Francesca is an absolute pro to see it as therapeutic and have the skills to do all those shapes and fillings. Mind, it helps when you have better tools like the wooden rollers and cutting wheels!
