Grandpa cut into it, and G. Louie thought that was quite the thing! 😁 My Grandpa grew up in that beautiful country--left home 🏡 at 14 and became a sheep 🐑 herder. My husband's grandma is going to be 101 in December, her hearing and eyesight isnt doing well but her mind is sharp as a tac. We live in rural west central Iowa and she still lives in the farm where she raised all 10 of her children. It's absolutely amazing to think of all the changes she's seen in the world. I always think of how many miles her legs have put on. Her family also farmed with horses for many many years. She actually lived through the dust bowl in Nebraska and then moved to Iowa. It's pretty amazing. She's got 10 kids, 35 great grand children and almost 80 great great grand children. What a legacy this woman will leave. Thanks Peter for always having wonderful content!!!
