How to Make Splint Armor Greaves

what type of metal bars did you use i mean thickness is it steel or aluminium ?

1,5mm x 40mm x 1000mm construction steel.

What product do you used in the metal bars? That one you applied with a rag.. (After burning it)

Ballistol Universal Oil. Similar product to WD40, but does not dry out your skin. Does not really matter though, any oil will do. It's just to prevent rust.

Hast du noch eine andere idee wie man das Metall dunkler machen kann, ohne es ins Feuer zu stecken?

Entfetten und dann mit Kaltbrünierung einreiben. z.B. Ballistol Klever Schnellbrünierung. Wenn man ein Drybrush mit dem Zeug macht kann man auch schön neue Rüstungen altern. Muss ich mal nen Video zu machen.
