This will be a favorite routine for me to do to warm up the body. To save energy, our building administration turns off the heat several times a day and it is really cold inside our apartment. So, during the "off" periods, I've been doing weight lifting and/or qigong just to stay warm!!!

Hi Rita, I don't even know whether to be happy that you have access to qigong online or sad because of the power cuts. Well, you are always very positive so i'm glad that you are keeping warm with exercise. Lower back massage helps to generate yang and spread it throughout the body. Warm hugs to you

Morning keny, happy friday! I do just love the twist and turn and as you say there is lots happening in this practice! I can feel that my one shoulder/arm is not working as well as the other. I play raquetball and maybe have had an injury from there. Have a great weekend!😃🐶🐶

I wanted to say thank you. I started this daily video about three days ago and it has already worked to provide me with a feeling of "hearing" my body. I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis this October. This has been quite helpful to me. I'm going to learn more about Qigong.

This is a great routine! I can see myself doing this almost daily to get started. I watch a lot of your videos and have saved many to do over and over. I have one comment about the audio. On many of the videos, your microphone cuts out and I cannot hear what you are saying for a while. It always comes back at some point, and that's good. It's just a shame I miss out on something that might be important. Just sayin' Thanks for all the good advice and routines!

@@qigongwithkseny Hi Kseny, When I watch this video on my TV, there is a time where the microphone cuts out during the hip rotations. Today I watched it on my computer, and there was no cut out! So it has to do with my CZcams app on my TV! Again, thanks for the great routines. I follow you at least every other day.
