Hi Kseny. I loved this routine so much! After MANY years of suffering with chronic widespread pain and endless appointments, tests, scans, etc, etc, I was FINALLY diagnosed with Fibromyalgia 2 days ago. Qigong has helped me so much, even though I'm always in pain, this gentle practice helps to keep my body moving and my mind calm, tuned in and present. Your videos make such a massive difference to so many, myself included and I thank you for that.
