    I just started watching your videos. I suffer with chronic pain all over my body and I stopped doing any type of movement that would aggravate it. I have become very weak, and I know I need to move. Your practice is exactly what I need to start moving safely and to lower my anxiety around movement and pain.

    A little strenuous on my clicky unstable hip joints but with some practice I think I'll get the strength there - my legs and hips feel quite relaxed after ❤

    This is so helpful for me as My balance is not good due to arthritis in my feet. I feel stronger and more flexible after!
