I just started watching your videos. I suffer with chronic pain all over my body and I stopped doing any type of movement that would aggravate it. I have become very weak, and I know I need to move. Your practice is exactly what I need to start moving safely and to lower my anxiety around movement and pain.
I suffer from chronic pain also and these videos help so much. I always feel better afterwards 😊

@qigongwithkseny Thank you! While looking up the painting, I learned Kandinsky had synesthesia and he thought "Blue hues are cool, evoking something deep, innermost, or supernatural." 😀
Qn. Thanks for these practices. Can I use these practices to do my exercises? Also can they help loose weight?
