Hi Aziz, thanks for this guide. It's realy easy to do this remote connection if you're on a FoH/Stage network. I wonder if it's possible to connect my magicQ system in my home office via internet to a working system on a show.
ChamSys consoles are not allowed to be connected to internet. However, if you are using PC/Mac solution, then you can of course connect via say teamviewer, vnc or similar to make it work. Or if you really need to make a console work, then you can connect Laptop to a console as a remote surfrace, then again connect to it via VNC, teamviewer or Remote desktop to control it via internet.
So, assuming this runs ok over wifi, I could have MQPC remote on my surface pro, walk the room and adjust focus, while the MQ70 sits up in the booth? Yeah, the iPad app may work better with it's layout, but it's another option.
Awesome video, thank you
