Ingredients:
1 kilo chicken
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. calamansi juice
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 big head onion
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp. liquid seasoning
70 grams tomato paste
85 grams liver paste
500 ml water
1 pc. chicken cube
1 small size red bell pepper
1 cup carrots
1 1/2 cup potatoes
5 pcs. red chilies
freshly ground pepper
