His mental strength seems impressive. He comes across as very confident, but not cocky. And never mind his versatility! I think we were all well impressed, never mind Gary.
Nice to see young English players like Gordon and Bellingham - talented, level headed, intelligent and NOT arrogant, and full of themselves without the evidence to back it up like Jessie ‘JLingz’ Lingard.

This lad is the real deal he has everything with and without the ball. Him and rashford shouldn’t even be in the same conversation in my opinion. His attitude is spot on as well and gives 100% every game.

I would definitely take him. He's a good option from the bench. I thought the recent Overlap interview between Nev & him was quite an eyeopener & he comes across as focused & level headed.

One of the hardest working players for Newcastle always gives 100% on the field. Im sure he would do the same for his country given the chance again.
Gordon is another level to Rashford. People need to stop being nostalgic, imagine watching Rashford strolling around in an England shirt, 0 defending and doing F all with the ball.
It’s Grealish to control games when needed and Gordon off the bench to add something more explosive

Grealish has not been good this season really, nor has Rashford. Best thing about Gordon as well, is that he doesn't mind going outside and using his left!
Grealish has been overly specialised by Pep, he does one very specific thing (hold the ball up and win fouls and corners) for City but that's basically it, Gordon is more versatile, better in attack, better out of possession, and has incredible big match temperament. Rashford shouldn't even be in the conversation, only reason he's even mentioned is because he plays for salford united.

yes, but Foden will be playing in that position (even if he wants to be in the middle) also, Rashford will go because he can play in multiple positions so, unfortunately, he wont go... probably

Saka, Foden, Bellingham, Palmer, Gordon all got be on the plane. Speed, intelligence and all around technical ability wins tournaments. All other top nations wouldn't even make it a discussion.
If it's over Rashford, I agree.
He's also got that element of shithousing that can elevate a team and throw the opposition off their game.

Gordon, Saka, Palmer, Foden would all do a job. Shame Southgate will probably stick Maguire on the right wing with Rashford on the left
If Sterling was in form I’d hesitate because aside from him we don’t have anyone to run in behind. Bowen can do that but on the right so Gordon defo deserves a shout at least but I’d take him.

His work off the ball makes him a must, potentially even starter. But definitely bring on to protect a lead with 20 minutes to go

With Official 26 Man Squads recently confirmed by UEFA, both Anthony Gordon & Cole Palmer should/will be selected, same with Watkins & Toney even though Toney's form has dipped a bit as Solanke has had a fantastic season for Bournemouth! Should/will Grealish be selected? Will the likes of Jarrod Bowen & Ben White also make it? Tomori & Loftus-Cheek should also be considered.
Yh id choose solanke over Toney don’t really see a need for Toney doesn’t really offer anything different than Watkins

26 is too much. Last time it happened during covid 3 players would be left out of every match day squad was ridiculous
Your not going to use 23 players anyway on a 6/7 game tournament, always a few that go and don't get any minutes
UEFA recently confirmed 26 Man Squads! 25 is a better compromise imo & should be the norm for Tournament Football - 3 GKs & 22 Outfield Players.
@@TORRES999ify theyre doing 26 cause all leagues have been plagued with injuries. It wont be uncommon for some players to injure themselves on the euro after their club seasons. 26 is a must

Gordon is miles better than rashford on current form there’s only really saka whos been better in the league. Foden is more of a number 10 so I wouldn’t include him

You can’t justify taking Rashford over Gordon. He has this protection cloak that I’ve never seen on a player before, so overrated, could score and assist zero in a season and England and United would still play him

He has been one of the best English wingers this season, and he won player of the tournament last year when England U21s won the euros. So he was the best player in the whole tournament. Why do you think he isn't good enough? I mean based on what metric
