- What is going on everybody, this is TGA, and in today's video, we're at the South Wales Police Headquarters, at Waterton Cross in Bridgend. I'd give these a pass, except for the contractor in the first visit, and the security man asking too many questions at the start, however, interesting place, and no one bothered us with the drone. It’s insane, it just shows why they need to learn to respect the public and realise they are there to protect us, yet they seem to think protecting themselves is more important

So, as much as I get it, and I respect PINAC and follow and enjoy auditors like you, PTTP and AB, are drone shots and videos like this that look like 'obvious surveillance' not just giving govt excuses to change the law? There is a line that auditors cross when it stops becoming auditing and PINAC and becomes 'gives the govt a justifiable opportunity to change the law' and stop us from filiming/auditing govt buildings. Love what you do, but when ur uploads look like military surveillance, it's a heartbeat until a law passes that prevents filming.. 🙄
Drone shots are part of defending PINAC, we’re defending the rights of drone users, so they understand what we can lawfully do with a drone, it’s still part of the PINAC movement, why should we let them stop us

@@TheGwentAuditorTGA Yes thought so. Passed it a few times travelling around. I lived in Swansea, then moved to Newtown, Mid Wales,. Had to commute in between the two. But sometimes I took different route, and passed that place.

@@stevenorris7440 all good, and yeah many do, alongside claims from the police unlawfully arresting us and detaining us, and I do have an AdSense, just haven’t earned anything from it yet, as it’s not been long since I set it up and it’s as an individual, so it’ll be nice to get a bit extra from this besides money from my job, but that’s not why I’m doing this, or what most of us are doing this for. But surely if you are getting payed by you tube you are working, therfore do GDPR rules apply?
No, because I’m listed as an individual not an organisation, I’m not listed on Companieshouse or anything
Even, if I was a registered business, there is a GDPR exemption, written in to the legislation for those recording videos and taking photos for the public interest, e.g for journalistic purposes, which is what content creators do, it’s in the interests of the public
FFS If superman wants to conceal his identity by wearing a fat suit and glasses get rid of the curly hair on the forehead it's a dead give away. TGA can I ask a favour mate remove the siren sound from your intro every time I click your channel ( which is a lot) it makes my ears bleed lol
