- What is going on everybody, this is TGA, and in this video, we're at Sandfields Police Station in Port Talbot, we visited this location in our very first video, however there wasn't anyone about, different story in this video, but still overall went well.
Hi T G A, that sign at one minute in warning of the danger of falling masonry is one of the best I have ever seen!, how can you even read the notice without going up close!.
If in fact there is a significant risk there must be secure barriers preventing people from getting close enough!, the reason for the signs is to account for the presence of the barriers, the funniest thing about this one is that while injury from falling masonry can and does occur the owner of the property only becomes liable to criminal prosecution if they already knew about it!, this notice makes it abundantly clear that they do so and would have no legal defence!.
The best they could come up with is that the person that wrote and installed the notice was the only one who knew about it and they could face manslaughter charges if someone got killed.
You were correct to tell the Karen at eight minutes, she needs to look up that memo and keep properly up to date.
Then you get one at twelve and a half minutes who never tells you who he is or what he is doing but keeps asking questions of you, why does he think you should not film private cars, the person in the car is in public as is the car and the registration belongs to DVLA.
Keep up the good work.
Cheers, Richard.
Police: What are you up to?
Socrates: I'm up to my ears in interruptions.
Good to see a revisit not many auditors do this, stay blessed ✌️
It drivers me crazy when they say “don’t film the private cars “ ..... I want to see the types and values of all these cars. Also we would need the assistance of a ‘bent copper’ to find out any information regarding the number plate.
Good thing he is retired as there is no such thing as personal vehicles as they have public number plates issued by the DVLA and the onus is on staff not to breach the data protection by allowing personal and private to seen by the public eye
It’s still a personal vehicle.
@@klashnacovak47 nope it's not personal as its publicly visible . you could try putting a sheet over it to create privacy .
So you are saying because my house is visible from public it’s now a public house?
By your logic everything you see from public is public.
@@klashnacovak47 Unless you have put a sheet over your house then it is publically viewable . you can not trespass the eyes nor ears . perfectly legal to film a private residence from a public place ,same goes for vehicles . so you will do nothing and like it unless you want to earn yourself a criminal charge .
Public and personal mean different things you know that? Just because you can see something from public does not make it public.
Just because I can see your house from public does not mean it becomes public and I can just walk in.
Seems to be a lot of concern about filming private cars. Unless you are a crooked cop or a crooked member of the Driver and Vehicle Agency private plates will remain private.
If you can see a license plate you can film it!
If they say don't film our personal car's..tell them not to film our personal car's then.
No such thing as personal vehicles, number plates are there to be seen. They belong to the DVLA. There are no security measures.
8:25 Police do not stop and chat. They stop and question. And to be honest they don't stop that often since they are usually going somewhere.
12:30 Could tell he was police (or ex-police) from all the questions he asked. No one asks "Where are you from as a conversation starter".
Good work The Gwent Auditor / TGA - fantastic work.
The absolute state of that building.
I remember AB was bullied and man-handled at Swansea central Police station last year. Stay away from it or be damned to the same faith lol.
great work fella. when faced with a copper asking why are you filming, or they need to understand why your filming just reply ' your inability to understand i'm doing a perfectly normal, lawful and legal activity is more a concern to me me that you are questioning such an act. i'd be more concerned that your training and experience gained does not allow you to determine that from the start. wouldn't you agree officer?.'
If only more Auditors would give that 'perfect reply' then we wouldn't have this bother all the time!
Trouble is after saying that the cops will say yes but what are you filming for.
@@tonyburton5706 repeat.
retired police officer barking orders they don’t know when to stop do they but the officer driving the van he seemed ok
Big up Gwent Auditor 🇬🇧✌️❤️keep on keeping on
Before you mentioned that it was an ice cream van; I thought it was the theme tune for the police station 😁 🤣
Haha
It's another case of paying more taxes but getting less service
That side-to-side scanning's making me sea-sick again!
Twinkle Trotters needs to turn the engine off and not leave it idling when engaging with the public . fail
A good ripost to '... _Why won't you ID_ ?...' is to say that each ID request/disclosure is a tacit admission that you have been identified as 'suspicious' and a record of this is added to your surveiliance record, even though you have committed no crime -- the antithesis of ' _innocent until proven guilty_ ' and therefore, a clear breach of your Human Rights!
You are only obliged to ID if you have, or are about to, commit a crime! Don't confess if you're not guilty!
*Turn their words against them*
Cop> naturally people will stop and chat, as they want to see everything is in order
Reply> Thank you for admitting that is the case, naturally people would do that, I am one of them, I'm checking on the police right now. Now Police don't give out who they are hiding behind ID numbers, seems pretty suspect to me, so now we monitor you much closer.
I love hearing Welsh accents.
Every cop has to give such stupid basic directives about not getting yourself run over, plus the standard don't film private cars.
The time they waste giving stupid directives and letting their paranoia get in the way, time that could be better spent dealing with crimes.
Notice the retired cop made a comment about speeding cars, but no reference to the recent local burglary.
And of course they can't do much about it.
Makes you wonder what they actually do.
Yet they love filming your cars they do think they are special.
If they, the police, want to catch people breaking the law they should fine drivers who, park on the pavement, blocking they passage of wheelchairs etc. See early in the video.
Just curious..
What is the other language I see on the placards? I’m guessing Turkish but I haven’t a clue
The state of it scruffy building.
Not more boring drone footage 😴
Don’t watch if you don’t like it
They always have to add abit on that is useless and irrelevant
