What is going on everybody, this is TGA, and in today's video, we're at Tata Steel, Port Talbot Steelworks. Only came down to cover a story on the closure of the blast furnaces really, and end up with the police threatening to arrest me, I do have work outside of auditing, and did not want an arrest to interfere with it, which is why I used the duress card. Anyway, enjoy the video!

The streetlights on that road are the same as on the roundabout, so these streetlights belong to the council. The council doesn't install streetlight on private property.

Please, please, please, when you go anywhere like this aproach from known public area and video the lampcolumns, street furnature. if local authority it will have a ID number painted on it, as long as that format continues you will be on public land for sure. Also when you contact the Rights of Way Officer get a measurement from a given piont, that way there can be no srguement. I know this from a career in civil engineering, Get the RoWOs reply in an email and show it to the police, The RoW Officer at the local Authority has last word on any right of way that no court can overrule as his evidence originate from the definative map (that he is responsible for updating) which a court would have to refer to.

Yes it made for a very interesting video with those ill informed people including the Hedlu Police throwing their weight about (again), I cant wait for round two.
The “Streisand Effect” has nothing on this skulduggery, this chicanery. It may be the case that people from all over the world will be wanting to pay a visit to walk down that bit of public road, some putting their thumbs in their ears and waggling their fingers at them. Vans selling fish and chips and hot dogs will be doing a roaring trade to the gathered masses.😀.

get a printout from the council with covering letter & go back there. Take photo copies of this & when police come & threaten you with arrest, show police the council letter & map & if they arrest you after proving you are on public land, then police will have to pay significant compensation to you

You should be able to determine absolutely where the boundary is.
Find the public area and stay there.
She clearly told everyone how well she’d done by getting the police to remove you.
It’s hard to see what good you’ve done there.
Start and end at the same place and your story becomes so powerful.
