Thanks for the kind comments, there is more to this that is shocking, that will be disclosed in my book. I can evidence all, what I have stated, as a proud PC, I am disgusted what the Police are capable of committing criminal offences and covering up.

The evidence is stored elsewhere. SWP have already entered my home whilst I was on holiday. The new evidence I have obtained will show the SWP Commissioner has also perverted the course of duty. SWP Insp. Nicholas Pickin was informed recently, I offered him to examine my new evidence, "HE REFUSED" I am still waiting for him to explain what investigations has he done, as I have made a formal complaint to him as a seving Police Officer, he has not responded so far.

Nothing is being done because the people don’t want to do the work of educating themselves on civil procedure and holding these people accountable in their personal capacity’s. Police judges and lawyers are in all same cocoon. They all work for the municipal courts. Why aren’t people learning how to file lawsuits ? Because the people are LAZY
THE IOPC, COURTS, CPS are all connected to the Police, and Government agencies. So it is all paid by the pubic purse thats why the law abiding person is at a disadvantage from the start. CORRUPT
@@tonyroach3473 in 1850 civil procedure was removed from the educational system. This is a fact .I'm from Cardiff , now living in America. The criminal codes & statutes are slightly different here. we have the constitution but still the county's/city courts still think that their policy's supersede the law it will continue until the people learn how to defend themselves on paper and hold these people accountable. The public servants like the police think that they can pull you over and violate your rights they don't know that driving is a legal term and travelling is a RIGHT, now don't get me wrong I think a lot of police officers go into the force thinking there are doing a good thing but when they are enforcing by-laws and bleeding the country dry the line is crossed. I know of a few people here who have got other peoples properties back when forged liens are put up against their properties , law suits have been won and the city has had to pay out 38.7 million in NDA ( non disclosure agreements ) if more people knew that they didn't need a lawyer with astronomical lawyer fee's and that they could represent themselves in a couple of years things would be different. The people are docile and ignorant.
Because like me, they've been threatened with arrest, court, fines 2500 quid, criminal record and having there mobility scooter taken off them. Welsh police are so revoltingly corrupt. I'm banned from seeking legal advice in wales

After watching this again I can see that he does have a few good points here I still find it hard to believe everything he says so I do take my previous comments back, however there are still a lot of people who have lots of stories about this guy being corrupt himself and maybe my judgement was clouded by those stories, it’s would be great if we can can someone to talk about the allegations against him to see the both sides of this.

You wont hear there side as they know they are guilty. The SWP Senior Officers has recently refused to meet and see my new evidence? Why? The IOPC have after receiving our complaints with the evidence of corruption, has informed us, they will not investigate our complaint, they will not obtain a statement of complaint, ALL THEY WANT TO DO IS SEE IF SWP DEALT WITH OUR COMPLAINT REASONABLE AND IN A PROPORTIONAT MANNER. The IOPC are colluding with SWP.

Only my instinct, nothing else, but this doesn't add up to me. People down South must of had some dealings. South Wales Police are known to be dodgy with evidence, but this fella was part of that cog "highest arrest rates".

I worked with Tony on the doors at the Hippo club back in the 90s, he’s straight as an arrow, he’s pissed off the wrong person. SWP have set him up for crossing the blue line

Thanks for your comments, Yes I have named the SWP Officers, I have also requested a meeting to expose the evidence I have obtained, however the SWP Senior Officers have refused to meet me, and examine my new evidence, WHY???? There will be a book coming out this year. I will include SWP colluding/covering up corruption. The Officers need to be arrested. Alun Michael is turning a blind eye.

There is no smoke without fire. Mr Roach was a nasty piece of work when he was an officer. I had MANY encounters with him. Albeit I was never arrested. He’s playing a very good victim here and although he might be innocent there’s a chance he’s done wrong. Something fishy about all this. He was genuinely a spiteful man back in the days so I’m just not sure what to believe (not that my opinion matters).

This will be exposed, all the negative comments, people will realised what SWP are capable of. This includes the IOPC, also refuse to meet me. WHY???

Why has my local MP Alun Cairns refused to write to the SWP, and refused to see my evidence. This is far worse than the GWENT Force, what I will be exposing soon. SWP need to be fully investigated. I will be providing a further podcast, with new evidence. The public need to know what SWP have done, then cover up. The public will have no confidence of their Police Force, it needs a full public enquiry, Officers need to be arrested and investigated, they are not above the law.

I do believe he knew the average citizen is at a disadvantage from the start of any arrest/conviction that’s why he made so many arrests and he loved seeing himself praised and having that fear factor of him being present. I think he was well respected in the police force but if you go poking your fingers in someone else’s pie you will get burnt some time like and that’s what happened with him. He knew how corrupt they were and still got himself into bother I doubt it all started from him threatening to take a licence away from a coppers brother. They wouldn’t want to get him out of the police force that badly and do it the way they did to get rid of him… I think he was corrupt but always a step ahead from getting caught. But in a weird way I did feel sorry on him because they hadn’t any evidence against him to sack him off.
