There was even one more attempt where Michael says "So HELP me if it is another cactus" but I think that is the time she finally has the file. This show was great. I truly believe Ted Danson's acting in this was better than in Cheers.

Someone online once said (or it was in the show, its been a while) that she was probably redownloading everything alphabetically and she couldn’t get a file or water because those words start with letters after c. But she could get cactus (presumably the last word she had fully downloaded)

KallMeKris here on YT has a character where she uses the exact same voice and expression, and she looks just like Kristen Stewart. It's perfect.

The "simulated" trolley experiment gets even funnier when Michael says he gave the fake people pain sensors or something like that. That entire skit was golden.

y'all know what I JUST realized? Mindy was talking about a magical Panda that Jason was talking about, and when I rewatched the show a week ago, in the very last episode, we can actually see a magical Panda!

I want to point out that Michael said that the only member from the show friends who would be in the good place would be phoebe and when they finally get to the good place Lisa Kurdow is there and non of the other members are.

This show is like a piece of my essence at this point. I’ve seen it 9 times over, and I get happy every time!
It still intrigues me that the writers knew these characters down to Eleanor’s love of deep fried shrimp before they even got greenlit. I’m yet to find out why they thought it was so integral to her character
Even better is that Kristen Bell is vegetarian, so all the shrimp is fake. The shrimp was so integral to the character before the first episode that they made fake shrimp for her
I can image there’s a lot that can be done with wind chimes, two duffel bags of cocaine, and the imagination
Especially since all of that seems like a major upgrade to the Medium Place.

As someone from Florida, I was waiting for the punchline after Jason said he crashed his jet ski into a manatee. He's right. It's more common than you think.

jameela jamil was just so good in this show. im still amazed by how well she does that posh, aristocratic English accent, especially compared to her normal London accent. it was nuts to hear her off show
