could you please comment on the location of alpha-2 receptors in this video? The animation shows that it is located in post-synaptic neurons but the commentary says it is present in presynaptic neurons. The flowchart in the previous slide emphasizes that mu receptor mediated action is central, but the animation shows that it is spinal.

Thank you ..... at 3:44 onwards there is some confusion about pre and postsynaptic nerves. If tramadol is a CNS depressant then is there any mechanism why it is causing seizure?
At low dose tramadol do not produce seizure but at high dose along with ssri and antidepressants it do seizure bc of pottasium provoked glutametergic neurotransmittion at low dose ssri do inhibit serotoin syndrome and act as anticonvulsant antiseizure

I took 37 mg twice a day prescribed by my dr for eardrum rupture and I had nasty low blood pressure, dizziness, drowsiness and I felt I am going to die as my heart slowed down a lot. I hate this pill and stopped taking immediately.

@@milodag7638 It depends.. If it's your first time then I'm sure it will knock you out. After that your body will build tolerance. One pill will not be enough anymore.

But I've def had nasty withdrawals after like 5 days of taking 5 oxy 80s maybe another day 10 blues the 30mgs and yea trust cuzzo I don't ever want to feel that again its all about moderation. Plus isn't it cool taking a t break and being able to get high af with only 3 30s instead of having to spend money on like 5 blues to not even get high high.

After hospitalized for tissue injuries... Dr gave tramadol for relieve pain. First two dos shows Nothing , but 3rd and 4th dos make me vomiting, dizziness and make me weak.
