The clones NEED their own show. They are literally a subculture of a subculture: Clone community cloned from an unjust and exiled Mandalorian (who apparently became a saint simply because of a near death experience, even though Maul only got worse in the same situation).
What if Fives actually told Anakin about the inhibitor chips and the Jedi had time to not only reprogram them in every clone, but make plans for what to do if the order were given.
I’d just alter it to make Order 66 default to Order 65.
@@hiddendesire3076we do a little trolling
The Jedi knew about Order 66, they knew of every contingency order. So did the Senate. Order 65 and others were included in the Inhibitor Chips in order to make 66 seem just like any other emergency response, and therefore justified as an unlikely precaution. What Fives found out was what Palpatine revealed to him - that he was Sidious and that he was going to abuse the contingency orders.

Sometimes happy endings are not only rewarding they just feel satisfying and that was an excellent storyline for SWs characters.
I really liked this, but something im not sure about, the chosen one was suppossed to bring balance. this is why he had to destroy the jedi, and the sith, not just the sith. regardless i really liked this fan fic, and possibly would prefer it. i agree as good news becomes something only in fiction, its more and more nessicarry
I love this scenario, but I would change only two things:
- The Galactic Marines were fiercely loyal to the Republic, rather than the Jedi, so Baccara and his troops would gun down Ki Adi-Mundi without any questions asked.
- Fox and the Coursucant guard were basically Palpatine's lapdogs, but I am about 80% sure that most of them would join the effort to overthrow Palpatine, and most likely just stun blast Fox and clones that wanted to stay loyal to the Chancellor.
The Coruscant Guard is more loyal to the Senate than to Palpatine with some of them having a attachment to certain Senators who viewed them as People and not as droids (such as Riyo Chuchi). Senators that would have never agreed to such a thing to begin with
But what would be the detonator for Fox getting pissed at Palpatine (and likely being the first one to shoot at him in revenge) is the fact that he finally realized that Palpatine is the one responsible of the Deaths of both Fives (who he was the one who made the shot unwittingly since it's very likely he was forced by the the inhibitor chip since Palpatine very likely implanted an order on Fox to kill Fives, realizing what he has done just after the deed) and Thorn (the brother he was the most closest to)
@@alpha34098 Exactly, as much as people hate Fox, he is still a commander of the GAR and he is definately more loyal to the Republic than Palpatine, aditionally he actually cares about his own troopers, as seeing how he reacted when he thought Ashoka had just killed 2 of his men, so if he discovered the chips and all the implications that has, he would be very likely shot Palp himself if he could.
This is mutual with the Members of the Coruscant Guard. To the point, as seen in a later video about Fives Surviving Fox's Shot, some of them were about to pepper Palpatine (who murdered Fox in his anger after realizing that Fives survived) with Blaster Fire after discovering Fox's Body and they were only stopped by Fives Shooting him right in the Head
😊
😊pq
One thing I would say is that, of all the Clones, I figure that Bacara, Neyo, and Fox would likely have followed the Order, without the chips. Neyo was unusually cold and brutal, Bacara was extremely strict and militant, and Fox was... Fox.
Thing is Fox is loyal to the republic itself, not Palpatine, it was his position that made him close with Palpatine and him being the democratically elected leader of the republic, plus Palpatine pursuit of domination caused Fox to kill one of his own brothers, something that clones despise, it likely would've played out similar with Dogma and Krell, Fox also doesn't like traitors, out of all the clones Fox was the one taken advantage of by Palpatine the most.
@@TylertheCC1010fan That's fair, I'll admit to having the wrong read there.
Faie too would have followed it, he was like a mix between neyo and bacara, and served under Quinlan, didnt have the best relationship between them. i mean, in Legends, when the chips didnt exist yet, a turbo tank crew allowed themselves to be shot by their own brothers just for the chance to kill their general, it says a lot about how they view him.
@@251spartanfaie would’ve done it without the order from palpatine lmao, was just waiting for a proper time 😭
I was originally going to make a comment about how Palpatine probably had a contingency for if the inhibitor chips failed.
However, I never considered just how ABSOLUTELY PISSED The Clones would be if they found out Palpatine was behind the entire war.
(This could also be considered in a story in which Palpatine is revealed as the mastermind to the entire war AFTER his rise to power. I'd imagine the clones would be even more pissed knowing he forced them to betray and murder their Jedi allies for false pretense.)
I also find it ironic in your story that The Clones chose not to betray The Jedi for reason of the very thing The Jedi most feared: Attachment. The Clones had become attached to The Jedi, seeing them almost as much brothers as each other. Attachment was not The Jedis' undoing, but their salvation.
Yeah, I really enjoyed writing this one! Thanks for watching!💙💚
That thought about attachment, a cherry on top! ❤🥲
I think the Clones telling the Jedi that would lead to some very interesting Council discussions, and I think would change the Jedi for the better.
Funny thing is this is exactly what caused many clones to defect after the empire formed. Clones like Cody couldn't reconcile their experiences with the order and would eventually abandon their posts as they saw themselves ultimately as the bad guys in everything, or at the very least that the empire was everything they did not like, the more individual the clone was prior to the chip activation, the more capable they were of shaking it later. Even clones in the middle of their chips activating like with Ploh koon's and Secura's actively tried to make their deaths as fast as they could because they realised something was wrong but they could not stop it. And we even saw this with Ahsoka's lot, they were actually able to grasp something was off from Rex's actions and probably would have been able to shake free of it long enough to get theirs removed had she not been in the hanger with him, and hell, rex actively aimed at his own brothers best he could while under the effects.
I could imagine even when order 66 activated, at least a few clones or depending on how much trust was their with their jedi entire squads might have tried to raise order 65, likely to static as there's no way sidious didn't lock communications to prevent just that.
Had that thought myself. That Palps being the evil cosmic wizard 4D Chessmaster he was would have a contingency plan. Or two. Agree with you about the angry clones. Best all around anyway; a quick unforseen death by many blasters without incarceration, deliberation or adjudication or wrestling with ethics and jedi teachings. The one thing you didn't want to give Palps was time. Along with his cunning and patience it was arguably one of his greatest assets.
The only issue I see with this is Fox and the Coruscant Guard not siding with Palpatine, as they were practically his own personal army from the start and were only loyal to him
Yeah but Fox most likely saw the huge army of clones in front of him and was like “Nope”

Honestly, I think it fitting that Palpatine was killed in an absolute rain of blaster fire, something that some would consider "uncivilized" and beneath the Force-users to consider even possible to die from.
Well nowadays - it is also common to not die by a lightsaber piercing the stomach
This premise reminds me of an idea I had recently. "What if (somehow) both Orders 66 *&* 65 had gone out simultaneously and been received nearly evenly by two halves of the clones? Possibly on the same battle fields in some cases."

Love the Clones not only got a happy ending, but avenged their fellow brethren who died on Palpys whims. I always thought the Clones had the most tragic, undeserved ending, so I’m glad to see them finally get what they deserved (in a good way lol)
I love the fact that all the clones missed Ayla on purpose. It implies that none of them wanted to do it, but wanted to "shoot at her" so it looked like they were still following orders while someone else actually did

Jesse (gleefully priming a thermal det): "Oh yes, sir!"
I’m sad Disney won’t give us a alternative ending to revenge of the sith where Anakin doesn’t fall to the dark side. If they want money, they should green light new ideas revolving around a alternative universe to the one we got .
yes, using the world between worlds!
@@tfcuber1925 EXACTLY
It’s a shame that they’ve messed up the universe so much that we want alternates of what we’ve already seen instead of continuing new stories.
@@davidstorm2224 It's more like the Sequels were so bad what's the point. We know it all currently leads into or builds up to the Sequels. We do get some good stories, mostly from Dave Filoni, but we all know with Kathleen Lenned and the current leadership in charge Star Wars is damaged goods as they've fucked up too much already. Plus What If stories are always awesome, it's just cool to see how things might play out if 1 or a few things went differently, and this applies best to franchises like Star Wars and Star Trek that are rich in lore and detail, expecially Star Wars with how expansive the story around the Prequels is, the size of the Clone Wars, the amount of characters and background events involved. Revenge Of The Sith is easily the best film for Star Wars What Ifs, as the plot and characters change positions quickly, so something occurng earlier or later could easily have drastically different outcomes, such as Palpatine being beaten before Order 66 means the Jedi and Republic survive mostly intact, but defeated after and the Republic and Jedi are devestated, even if Palpatine and Vader were killed it would take some rebuilding.
Disney doesn't know wha the audience wants anymore. All their tv shows are stupid now, and messages in their movies are holding them back. Corporations reuse to adust with us. Instea, they do what they choose, regardless of public opinion. They also are influencing our government with millions to billions of dollars.
10 years after Anakin leaves the order, Yoda arrives on Naboo. "To invite you back into the Jedi Order, I have come."

A: "What changed your mind?"
Y: "Saved the Jedi Order, attachment has. If the Clones had not grown attached to the Jedi, doomed we would have been."
The best ending
I wish T-T
Thanks for the warning, I wish more people did that
If this happened, what would happened to the battle droids? I would like to think that, despite being the "enemy" of the Republic, the Jedi (and maybe a few clones who see the world in a clearer sense) see the battle droids as another one of Palpatine's victims. So, instead of melting them down and being scraped, the mostdroids would be given a different roles in society (ex. Tactical and Super Tactical droids could deal with economics, B2s with any heavy lifting needed, B1s for a variety of reasons, Magnaguards and BXs as diplomatic escorts or guards for important places, like the Galactic Senate building or the Jedi Temple [maybe even have Magnaguards be sparing partners for Jedi]). And despite most clones and battle droids hating each other, they soon come to terms that they aren't all too different, with some Droids becoming more unique with specialized markings and adopting names for themselves.
In the end, while many deaths occurred and lots of mourning, the future looked brighter for everyone. Clones, Jedi, Droids, Seperatists, and the Republic.
I really want this to be the case. The CIS was SOOO close to a diplomatic solution. It could end up like this.
I have a idea for the B1 droide:comédian
or just reprogram them
What if the Jedi were removed from being military commanders by the Senate's order during the first year of the Clone Wars?
I was thinking Tarkin might have a hand in this, seeing as he often sent letters to Palpatine requesting the Jedi be removed from command of the GAR, he might be able to politically maneuver the Senate into removing the Jedi from command roles of the GAR, perhaps due to the Jedi's abhorrent ability to command clone forces. How would this affect Palpatine's plan to wipe out the Jedi? Since it's so early in the war, not many Jedi would have died at this point (aside from Geonosis), and they would almost all be at the temple.
Interesting. The war played a HUGE part in making Anakin resent the jedi, so this would change things
I'd like to think they'd have moved from the coruscant to show that they were not favouring the Republic and helped those in need. Working to reduce casualties in the war.
Palpatine wouldn't go quietly in death. I have a feeling even if Anakin allowed Mace to kill him or Anakin killed him. He would have a secret cloning facility of himself. Clearly he knew of Sith transference already. With that in mind a younger clone Palpatine would go full tilt with Separatist forces after dying. Remember his contingency was to always have a Empire either Republic controlled or CIS. Probably even approve new droid designs that he held off to not overwhelm Republic forces. But with gloves off now go full CIS.
Interesting. And I’ve done a couple like that! For this story I wanted to just wrap it up with the clones ending him
@@thestarwarsgalaxyThe only issue is if we have any actual evidence of him actually done the cloning tanks before the Clone Wars and during the Clone Wars.

As far as I am aware, he didn’t actually have a secret cloning facility during the Clone War Era.
The only time he could have potentially done it was like pre Clone Wars (However, in Disney Canon and even in EU, there was no evidence he has a cloning facility pre Clone War era and during the Clone War Era) as at the time, he technically never planned for death during the Clone Wars.
It is till like after the Clone Wars and years or decades later did he manage to get a cloning facility up for himself

I do appreciate not making Fox evil for the sake of being evil like some other people do, if this were to happen, Fox would absolutely be down to take out Palpatine especially after the Fives situation, It would be like the Dogma and Krell situation except instead of one battle the deception would've been going on the entire war, I'd say it would be likely that Fox would be the first clone to fire upon Palpatine.
Thank you! At least somebody said it
Though I understand that he hadn't technically committed himself just yet, Anakin's return to the Light Side came way too easily. Remember, he was still operating under the delusion that Palpatine could teach him how to manipulate midichlorians like Plagueis, which means he should've been able to save Padme. This could be a fairly significant plot hole.
This was once a plothole already in one direction xD Maybe he is just in mood swings xD
I mean to be fair Anakin didnt want Palpatine to die. Thats the whole reason he cut of Windu's hand in the first place (than palp killed him) so if the clones were feeding Anakin their confusion and worry that killing the Jedi might be the wrong thing to do, it would make sense to start making Anakin to start rejudging what he thought was right or not. So its not more "returning to the light side" but more monitory hesitation and just choosing not to slay children. After all he didnt fall to the darkside yet till he killed the innocent younglings thats what sealed him as Darth Vader.

Two things here.

I loved this arc for the clones!! The happy ending had me tearing up a bit! And that bit of only Yoda knowing about the Darth Vader moment! Wow, so intriguing, had me thinking of possible outcomes for Anakin.
Even if some actions don’t add up with Anakin’s canon state of mind, I really enjoyed this fanfic, it’s a fanfic after all 😊
Great story, but there are a couple of quandries. If Yoda had the full list up, why not source activate Order 65? The other issue is that the Chancellor's main office isn't in the Senate complex, but is instead in the Republic Executive Building.
Yeah, realized that after. As for order 65, idk lol. Thanks for watching!
Dude your concept of them aiming at Plo and Aayla gave me a damn heartattack lmao. THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! As Tumblr has said, "Order 66 doesn't happen if you AU hard enough", and you, good sir, AU'd HARD. This was awsome!!!
I actually got emotional when the clones missed ayla secura on purpose. When he said that “ plo treated them like people.” I know 66 was supposed to happen, but I wish this happened instead.
I think it would have been cool if the Clones that had gotten close to their Jedi Commanders did not carry out order 66. Cody, Bly, and the clones with Plo Koon come to mind first. It would have made it much harder for the Empire to take over the Galaxy and gave the Rebels a bunch of troops.
Another what if leading to a satisfying ending. The only downside to it was that Anakin had to live with the guilt that he almost led a massacre through the temple and that he betrayed Mace Windu. You can argue that he didn't outright kill him, but he added Palpatine by stopping Mace from killing him.
In canon, I'm pretty sure the 501st didn't receive Order 66, they were just that loyal to Anakin after all those battles. I think my main problem with this hypothetical is that the 501st and Anakin would still probably go through the jedi temple and destroy it, but aside from that very cool.
Yeah. In Canon they didn't receive the order, they followed Anakin, now Darth Vader's orders. Had they received the order, chances would be too high they would've shot down Anakin as well.
The 501st guarding the temple alongside the Jedi, and turning on Palpy is all kinds of awesome! "I got your Order 66 right here!"
Sometimes I wish Star Wars would make a what if series like marvel is doing
The question for me isn't 'what if the Jedi deleted Order 66 during Revenge of the Sith', but, 'what if the Senate issued Order 65 before the Jedi moved on Palpatine'. If the Senate could be convinced that Palpatine had to be removed from office at the end of the war, they could issue Order 65 in secret once Obi-Wan had defeated General Grevious. While the Senate elects a new Supreme Chancelor, Mace Windu would have had the backing of the clones to take Palpaine into custody. Their inhibitor chips already activated, the clones wouldn't have been able to act on Order 66, sparing the lives of all the Jedi. With the resolve of the clones, Anakin might have been able to resist the darkside, not choosing to go to Palpatine's office.
After the effect of the inhibitor chip wear off, Palpatine is being taken to the Senate Building to be tried but never reaches the courtroom as he's shot by the clones who had been in charge of his safety, in vengeance for the deaths of their brothers.
Who else wants to see this made into an actual "what if" alternate story movie?
I do
A bunch of clones mag dumping into Palpatine is something I just spiritually agree with.
What if anakin was sent to the future without affecting the timeline, thus causing there to be two anakins, one light, one dark? Would Anakin find kenobi on tatooine? Love the content bro! I have a suggestion for a future video.
What if the clones also targeted anakin during order 66?
I feel that would be a fun video given anakin is supposed to lead them through the temple. Who would lead them? Would anakin further doubt palpatines allegiance? I feel you would have a good insight on what would happen. Thank you!
This is awesome! You should do this What if next time. What if all the Jedi were present in the temple when Anakin marched with the clones to attack the temple?
We would all hear Mace Windu yell, "I'm still alive, motherfucker!"
For some reason your story legitimately put a smile on my face, bravo to you man
It is a cool thought that the Clones were the real key, because it's stated constantly that both Anakin and Vader had a genuine connection to his soldiers. While many Jedi treated the Clones as mere numbers and soldiers, treating them honestly little differently than droids, Anakin was willing to treat them as Humans and friends. Vader, despite being known as a ruthless, evil, coldhearted machine showed respect to the Stormtroopers that fought alongside him, and treated them well. So it would make sense that those soldiers would be the key to stopping his fall.
Honestly I could share tears at this happy conclusion
This was amazing! I would go for this timeline over the original by far!
Yes, me too, bro.
This is my favourite alternative clone wars timeline story. Great job!!
Jedi Masters: You're under Arrest!
Clone Troopers: So anyway I started blasting.
I'm a little surprised that you didn't pick Shaak-Ti to be the one to fix this.
Yeahhh I wanted someone on the council
@@thestarwarsgalaxy it's a great story, I liked how it played out! 100% thought this was going to pick up at the end of the investigation under Shaak-Ti with her refusing Fives to be alone with Darth Shittiest
Honestly I always wondered how they Clones knew to obey Order 66 just because they got a hologram of some ugly guy in a hood telling them to execute it. Did not one question why the Chancellor did not look like the chancellor anymore? If they are just supposed to obey it like a sleeper agent, how did no other incidents happen when someone randomly said 'order' and 66' together at some point? Only the chancellor could execute it, but how is the chancellor verified?
Too many questions, I wish I had answers hahaha
I think the point you, others in this comment section, and the video's creator forget is that the Clones go through an intensive 10 year period of training and that they are not deployed until then.
A good chunk of this training would actually be the rule, procedures, and guidelines for conducting war. How to interact with non-clones. Rules of Engagement. Identifying human elements of the CIS compared to non-combatants. Military Customs and Conduct. Rules for Prisoners of War. In the case of certain clones who were trained as Military Police, they would also learn Military Law and some elements of Civil Law so that they could police Clones internally. (Coruscant Guard anyone?)
Anybody who didn't study these rules or worse not abide by them was likely culled. The Kaminoans had a rather ruthless outlook on Clones in general given that they actually can't reproduce naturally. The only way Kaminoans reproduce is the same Cloning Vats they use to sell 'products' to others. And given how obsessed they were with perfection, very few clones like 99 survived. Many who were considered 'disobediant' might just end up recycled into organic soup used to create new ones. Which not only removes the troublemakers to keep the army 'pure' but as a message to the other clones. Step out of line and you'll end up as soylent green and fed to those being gestated behind you on the production line.
In short, you learned what Order 66 was before you even stepped off Kamino and even before the introduction of the 'inhibitor chips' the Clones were pre-conditioned to know what this Order was and obey it. Those who would question it would, at least at the start of the war, remember what happened to dissenters during training and would stay in line.
Part of that ruthless intensive training would also include chain of command and communications. All would receive and understanding of who gives the orders as well as an understanding of their equipment. The comms were likely secured to prevent things like interception of orders and every clone would have a basic understanding of 'Communcations are encrypted so any orders that come through are valid provided the actual communication specialists who are trained to monitor and determine if they've been compromised don't tell you otherwise.'
Palpatine as the Chancellor had emergency powers which put him as 'The Commander-In-Chief'. NO ONE disobeys a direct order from the Commander-in-Chief. He's the final authority in any chain of command who can even order generals around. He would likely have access to an emergency channel that can, by design, override all communications to ensure that in the rare event it is used, and usually for emergencies, would trigger an 'oh shit, stand by for DIRECT ORDERS' moment from the communication specialists to flag as immediate priority to be piped in.
EVERY CLONE would know that when the emergency channel is activated by the Comm Specialists that the person coming through has already been validated and the encryption checked which means that the individual on the other end has already been verified as 'Sheev Palpatine, Commander-in-Chief'.
Now you can sit here and play 'what if' games all day about compromised comms, faked images, falsified orders, that's what a professional army calls an 'Information War' and that's the war that Military Intelligence fights. The Clones would likely have their own MI division in the GAR which would be comprised of Analysts, Counter-Intelligence, Signal, Digital Security, Spies, and working closely with Special Forces like ARCs and Commandos to wage the 'Shadow War' in dark alleys and assassinations.
Conversely this is why the Chips are stupid because you would have that incident where somebody would have said 'Order' and '66' somehow which would trigger the Clones, especially if spoken aloud by a non-Jedi like Admiral Wulf or Tarkin. Without the chips the Clones would fall back on all the 'boring military protocol' stuff that actually makes a professional army work and would actually take a lot of the uncertainly out of it. They would be much better able to recognize what's a valid order against someone accidentally speaking or trying to brute force an outcome by guessing.
There is a Vader comic where an ex jedi actually says execute order 66 and the clones all shoot at Vader because he has a lightsaber, so it seems the order is just automatic when executed and they must obey
@@lordmercury8889 but Anakin lead them into the temple with a lightsaber… how… why…
@@Fordo007 because the 501st in Canon was never given the order. They simply followed their general, General Skywalker.
Best answer of receiving O66:
"....why?"
And i like a scenario that the clones go: nah u die palps.
"Execute Order 66"
"I'm afraid I can't do that"
Originally in Legends, there were no inhibitor chips, because the clones wouldn't need them. Jedi commanders got a lot of their men killed, and many were close to Pong Krell in outcome if not intent. Imagine a hippie being given command of unit in combat, and how long it would take before he got fragged.
Exactly… they’re keepers of the peace, not soldiers. One of the absolute dumbest things the republic did was put space wizards with no tactical skills in charge of directing a war.
Palpatine:Commander Cody...The time has come..Execute order 66..
Cody:I'm sorry sir that order dose not exists and I'm unable to carry it sir..
Palpatine:.........Those!*÷**#*#*#Jedi...
Lol. I made it so they still know the order, but they can deny it
@thestarwarsgalaxy LOL I know I just like being stupid in your comment section lol 😆
You earned another sub I was hooked the whole time
What a lovely video. I love the alternate ideas and the importance of the clones during it all
definitely deserved, i see palpatines end like this to be absolute justice
I have a video idea! "What if padme and anakin both had nightmares of eachother dying?"
This is one of the best ones you have written, absolutely perfect
Palpatine: execute order 66
Clones: sir this is a wendys
Palpatine: i really need to label these *sigh* ugh fine fine ill take a baconator combo with ummm a diet coke
Could you do a video of what if saltine and the pacifist movement failed to take power during the mandalorian civil war but instead kept to the old way? Mainly I’m just curious what the clone wars would look like if the Mandalorian warriors were the norm instead of the outliers of there society
I think Ki Adi Mundi still should have died because I believe they said he was very cold/harsh to many of the clones in his army just to show that some clones did have the capacity too
love rewatching the video over and over again
That was amazing dude!
Thank you!!
What if Revan returned during the Clone Wars????
He would be positively demonic levels of powerful.
Yeah, but have him return as Jedi!!😃
What if Aayla Secura survived and watched over Luke with Obi Wan
That would be id1otic.
I love your in depth story telling!
Ok, I was not expecting it, but I absolutely love that you put Rex’s audio clip from the hologram! “A surprise to be sure, but a welcome one.”
How does jar jar fair in this timeline? Being the junior senator that granted palpatine all emergency powers?
Senator of Naboo once Padme leaves
Im typing with my Johnson rn
@@legendsneverdie4604 dawg
I wonder if the clones still receive their stormtrooper armor?
That will never happen and they will receive a Phase 3 armor
I've seen a few of these now and they have been enjoyable. But this one almost gave me chills! Excellent work! I got real movie vibes!
Really cool to hear. Thank you!
I loved this. Thank you do much.
What if palpatine was the chosen one
I love your channel keep up the great stuff
This was great!! Really enjoyed
I freakin love it! Great job
Fantastic video I really enjoyed it
Amazing video! I love this Star Wars what-if story.
Thank you so much!!💙💚
Thank You! Brilliant!! More, Please!!!
Cody: "General Kenobi! General Kenobi! General, it's Palpatine, he ordered all clones to kill the Jedi. We've disobeyed him, luckily."
