Considering Cody saw Obi Wan as a brother, Bly saw Aylaa as a sister, and Rex and his relationship with both Anakin and Ahsoka. I can see this as something that could have happened.
Yeah, The Clone Wars of 2008 and Revenge of the Sith cannot co-exist in the same timeline. I mean, aside from the fact that they literally _don't_ in terms of Legends/Canon stuff.
Really, the whole inhibitor chip idea makes sense for this reason. There's no way the Clone troopers would've all uniformly turned against the Jedi like they did if they had any free will whatsoever. A lot of them would've refused the order and probably the GAR would've turned on itself as a result. Palpatine would never have taken the chance of that happening.
I’d be curious to see a What if Order 66 failed because the Jedi knew more than they let on. They were just biding their time like Sidius was for the perfect moment to strike. I absolutely refuse to believe that so many Masters could be fooled so easily even if the Dark Side clouds everything and makes it extremely difficult for the Light to see through it. There were so many signs pointing to Palpatine that if they were rancors the Jedi would’ve been bitten by them. Even Master Yoda was so suspicious of the man it’s a wonder why he did not swing his lightsaber at him just to confirm his suspicions.
In the novel that’s basically how it went down with the Jedi knowing what was going on and were just feigning ignorance and biding their time waiting for the perfect moment to strike.
That point annoyed the hell outta me, plus the council knowing Jango was working with dooku and the clones being the result. Yeah that should have screamed "have alternatives plans ready!"
I like how order 66 could've gone a myriad of ways, almost depending on how they woke up in the morning. And I also like how you did Anakin. I've gotten a bit too used to the stories of him being fully redeemed, so seeing him receiving consequences and accepting them, is a breath of fresh air.

I'm glad you didn't have every Clone resist the order. Someone like Bacara wouldn't just do it. He is a loyal Clone trooper of the Republic. I can even see Clones like Cody and Bly being heavily suspicious of the Jedi at least. Appo, I'm surprised didn't do it, especially since the Umbaran campaign likely darkened many of the 501st troops views about the Jedi.
Honestly, Bacara and the Galactic Marines never had a good bond with Ki-Adi Mundi at all due to the fact that the Jedi Master being so arrogant and out of touch (he's one of the worst members of the Jedi Council). So, even if they resisted the chips, they will carry out Order 66 anyway, not just out of loyalty to the Republic, but out of displeasure at the Jedi Master himself Appo is one of the most likely to resist the chip because he knew what happened to Tup and Fives (he saw Tup killing the Jedi Master in Ringo Vinda and Rex might have confided to him of what happened to Fives). Even so, the fact that he decided to take point in trying to apprehend Anakin is something to commend even if that cost him his life Cody, Bly, Fox, Wolffe and Rex (the 5 members of the Command Batch as the fandom tends to call them) were more capable of resist the chip because they were specially trained by the Cul-yal-Dar (sorry if I butchered the name) and ARC Troopers to resist mental manipulation as much as they can as part of their training to become higher ranked Clone Officers. So, if rank and file clones could resist, they can do it even better. Add the fact that (except Fox) they were close not just each other, but also to their respective Generals/Commanders, and they will be able to resist with even more reason to do so
@@hermos3602 Frankly, he represented the Jedi at their worst. The Jedi preached against forming attachments and Mundi took that to a sociopathic degree. I can imagine him living a life of a successful bounty hunter in the outer rim, who's known for being "too lucky". Always winning bets, always coming on top in shoot outs and starship dogfights, evading all law enforcement. Then one fine day, he gets hired by Darth Tyranus only to be led into captivity so he can be inducted as an Inquisitor.
any Jedi like Pong Krell is getting boot stomped on site after order 66. but clones like Ayla, Plo, Yoda and many others would all probably be the ones to have the most clones not turn against them
Yep, the dock Jedi die but the more friendly Jedi who respected and loved their clones like people would be the ones with loyal clones who refuse the order
He would be willing to help the Jedi if he discovered the plot either by himself or because of Rex, but his true loyalty is the Senate as a whole but he will specially bond with some Senators which have always seen the Clones as people rather than products, Senators which would have never agreed with such a Genocide against the Jedi
A great story not gonna lie, but for Fox, and the CG, I feel like they would 100% follow with the order and count the rest of the clone army who did not follow through as traitors
Mundi was a jerk and apparently a large number of his clones hated him. So in a situation in this thought experiment where clones did turn it would likely be because they there disliked the Jedi in some way or at least the Jedi in charge of them spacificly. Or for some reason couldn't resist the pull of the chips.
In cannon, there are few Clones against Order 66 but just they're very low on number which is why they choose to escape from The Republic besides revolt.
What if the prequels (22bby to 19bby) The Classics (0aby to 4 aby) and the sequels (34aby) Merged into one massive galaxy consisting of the age of the republic (Clone War) the age of the rebellion (Civil War) and the age of resistance. (First Order Conquest).
Fantastic "what if" story, but personally I have 2 point that I find somewhat force. 1. Clone on Coruscant, especially Fox and his team would not have that so call "Bond" between Jedi and clone like the rest of the clone that fought on the frontline like Rex, Cody, ETC. since Coruscant guard is that....the guard of Coruscant. They mainly station on Coruscant, they would have time or moment to form any bond with Jedi. Their loyalty would be toward Chancellor more than anyone ease since he was their direct supervisor. So the situation that Fox and other clone on Coruscant guard able to resist order 66 is unlikely, more like they dont have any reason to refuse. 2. Palpatine tell his escape plan to Anakin? Personally I don't believe Palpatine of all people would let his guard down and tell Anakin about his escape plan or any plan of his. Remember, this is the man that plan this whole star war saga for decades in total secrecy, no one ever get a glimpse of his plan, even someone got a glimpse of his plan, no one ever able to find a connect of him to the plan. Even Five, the only clone that knew about inhibitor ship by sheer coincident doesn't know about the order 66. If he going to tell any of his plan to Anakin, he would tell only part of his plan and keep the part that truly vital to his plan and his survival to himself. Remember at this point Anakin only accept to be Vader not even 1 day yet and you say Palpatine already trust Anakin enough to tell him all of his plan? I don't think so.
Sidious would probably have just switched to droids instead, which he had quintillions of in stock so that was always totally a backup option. The clone wars would have just lasted another few decades with palps talking supreme control of the CIS until maybe an adult luke or Leia in this timeline trained by the jedi order or just obi wan in secret but for much longer than we originally see at the request of padme.
The funny thing is, in the original lore, before Disney rewrote everything, clones did resist order 66! Loyalty to the Republic was not just due to some inhibitor chip being put in their brains, most of the clones were simply loyal on their own merits! And not all of the clones came from the Kaminoans either! The loyalty of the clones came from a mixture of training and indoctrination, which was a part of why it took so long to grow the clones as the crucial years involved in raising and shaping children as to how they were supposed to live and act and develop their morals were a good portion of the years that they were not in their grow tanks during development into soldiers, ensuring that their loyalty, tenacity, and will to fight was as strong, natural, and unquestionable as possible, which is why we saw clone cadets as children, as the things you are taught, the bonds you forge, and the morals you have from childhood were the strongest and the hardest to break, leading to a very low chance that they would turn against their brothers and their Republic; the other part of their loyalty, a very small part, came from very light post-hypnotic suggestion hidden in their flash-schooling, mostly the post-hypnotic suggestion came in the form of teaching them about the the emergency orders, like order 66, and the majority of the emergency orders were delivered to them while they were sleeping as child cadets. The majority of the clones you would see executing order 66 without question or hesitation were Spaartii clones, grown in secret on a moon of Coruscant, grown in about a year, with a very short lifespan compared to their Kamino grown brethren, and those clones HAD to be given chip implants as there was no other way to give them their training on how to fight, which also forced these clones to execute order 66. How did nobody notice these clones addition? These clones were delivered a few months before the end of the war as “surprise emergency reinforcements” with several deliveries coinciding with a unit suffering heavy casualties, so they were no questioned, but rather welcomed as much needed fresh troops, as a part of Palpatine’s plan to take over. Several clone units only executed the order based on a mob mentality when a large number of the Spaartii clones started executing the order without question. Curiously, when these new clones were asked about home, asked about kamino, they were programmed not to answer and to avoid the subject.
I feel you did the right thing, not killing off ANNAKIN..and having a distant future, but possible chance of redemption...with the survival of the rest of his limbs, and his face and glorious hair..[add snickering and chuckling sounds here].
I like that you included that Bacara killed Mundi, because that fits his personality very well. Bacara is a very loyal clone that doesnt really question orders. I wish this happened though
What if Padme and Anakin were the same age? Perhaps a 2 part where their both 9 years old then 14. Obviously Padme can’t be a Queen at age 9 so maybe she can a handmaiden or a student in learning. Qui gon goes with R2 and jar jar binks to the dealership where Padme sneaks out the ship and follows them because she’s a little curious. There she finds Anakin who befriends her and soon the two become unstoppable. The story can wind up the same I guess or alternate it The other one Padme is the Queen of naboo and things goes the same for her. But for Anakin he’s age 14 so he’s either still a slave or the Lars either freed them and Anakin is living with a step dad and step brother. But if Anakin is still a slave maybe he works at junkyard where he fixes ship or do a little smuggling for illegal substances. Anakin has more anger and hatred making the dark side stronger in him. Plus he’s old so I don’t think the Jedi would want to train him. If qui gon had survived he would probably take Anakin or ask Obi Wan to take him if he dies. But my point I wanna see how things will work out for Anakin and Padme if they were the same age. Probably not much, their personality would be the same with the exception of their maturity
A cool story that's been most enjoyable to watch just like all of your content is. Please keep up the good work. A worthy part 2 would be nice. Something to continue and perhaps complete anakin's redemption. Maybe with the jedi Council with grandmaster yoda going into a deep series of meditations and beginning to learn from the failures of the past. Thus allowing for the beginning of the rebirth of the jedi order from what they were in the clone wars into what they could and should be in the will of the force. Whatever you do it's going to be well worth waiting for and fun to watch. Kind regards from Daniel Harman.
What about the clones? What do you feel would happen to them after the war? Retirement? Fight the Black Sun and Hutt Cartels? Regardless, good video man. ^^
Tje thing that somt really realised is that as the prequels went on the droids became more humanized amd the clone troopers(after order 66) became more robotic
I don’t think fox and his men would be able to fight though it because they were made for the chancellor and they would have bonded with him not the Jedi
Day 6 of asking for one of this two based off of my what if stories I have posted on AO3. 1) what if the Sith Empire returned during the High Republic era 2) what if Jyn Erso survived Rogue one and went to to meet and fall in love with Luke Skywalker. 3) what if Leia chose to complete her Jedi training instead of leaving it The titles of mine are High Republic Awakening and A Change of fate, the third one I haven't written but it would be an interesting one

I honestly think anaikin would've gave into the light side again after realizing the clones were loyal to the jedi all the memories he shared with the 501st definitely would've kicked up the lightside in anaikin but hey thats just my thoughts
What is love to see is a what if anakin was a double agent for the republic? Like, the Jedi knew palpatine was the Sith lord but they wanted to draw out all with to end the Jedi / sith conflict once and for ever? Anakin was made master and he even told the jedi council the he knew who the Sith Lord was and that’s when they came up with using anakin’s relationship to palpatine to draw him and any other Sith out from hiding…..

6:04 Anakin was like starkiller of force Unleashed game that's awesome
Clones as they resisted Order 66: No u
There is a neat fan animation that shows the inhibitor chips rewire the clones memories making the jedi they served as evil as pon krall
2:12 “chaos” *typing*
They need to make this a spinoff series
Where they just experiment
Kinda like marvels What if
What If Jacen, Jaina, and Anakin Solo were the focus of the Sequel Trilogy?
That's just the EU, and it's infinitely better.
Clones took aim at Ki-Adi-Mundi...and they shot him dead. XD lmfao.
The power of friendship is strongest
Neyo when he hear order 66: hell yeah less go
I don’t think fox would be on the Jedi team
He would be willing to help the Jedi if he discovered the plot either by himself or because of Rex, but his true loyalty is the Senate as a whole but he will specially bond with some Senators which have always seen the Clones as people rather than products, Senators which would have never agreed with such a Genocide against the Jedi
This actually got me emotional and I had tears in my eyes. Fantastic storytelling, my friend.
I wish this had happened in-cannon.
Then Palpatine will be so screwed, all the Clones gonna kill him 😂
plo koon safe: 🎉
mundi safe: “we don’t do that here”
What if thrawn was a sith lord
he would be a much bigger threat
Now this is beyond an Avengers level threat
The empire would have never fell
…oh god

Padme: Let him go Anakin let him go
Padme then reveals she is a Jedi Master trained in secret by Grand Master Yoda.
@@TheCorpsehatch You turned him against me
A great story not gonna lie, but for Fox, and the CG, I feel like they would 100% follow with the order and count the rest of the clone army who did not follow through as traitors
Imagine the plan youve been contstructing for years nownis all foiled because ypur main pawns said "Nah, ill do ot tomorrow"
Yooo, Fox redemption! Lets go!
6:45 also fox: kills fives
I almost expected Appo to compare Anakin to Pong Krell. Now that really would've pissed him off by the comparison.
We all know why they didnt resist for Ki adi mundi
Chaos……. click click click oh there we go 😂
This certainly would have changed The Clone Wars. Another classic video.
Imagine a scenario where this alternate story would happen with the help of the studio that made the bad batch and clone wars 😮😮😮😮
"The Sith were gone"
- Darth Maul has entered the chat -
The funny thing is, in the original lore, before Disney rewrote everything, clones did resist order 66!
Fun idea:What if anakin and clones refused to turn against jedi
Literally everyone: NO NO NO NO I'M NOT GONNA EXECUTE THE ORDER!!!!!
Bacara: Plish plash you're gonna take 30 blasts
It legitimately pissed me off so much that Padme betrayed Anakin
Nah bro that’s just Natalie portman
This should really be animated as an alt ending for episode 3. That would be awesome
my boi Ki still dosent get to find out how the droids attack on the wookies turns out.
This is really good
3:03 I KNEW you were going to do this.
Nooo! Not Ki-Adi-Mundi... he was the... uhm... ähm... well at least he was not Pong Krell.
👏👏👏,here's an idea: what if obi wan captured jango fett or what if anakin's mom nightmares were fake
I like that you included that Bacara killed Mundi, because that fits his personality very well. Bacara is a very loyal clone that doesnt really question orders.
I wish this happened though
Love the anakin redemption
What if Padme and Anakin were the same age?
Perhaps a 2 part where their both 9 years old then 14.
Obviously Padme can’t be a Queen at age 9 so maybe she can a handmaiden or a student in learning. Qui gon goes with R2 and jar jar binks to the dealership where Padme sneaks out the ship and follows them because she’s a little curious. There she finds Anakin who befriends her and soon the two become unstoppable. The story can wind up the same I guess or alternate it
The other one Padme is the Queen of naboo and things goes the same for her.
Mace still flew out of the windu
Sorry but even after order 66 padme still thought anakin was a good person so her betraying him on a whim makes no sense
Because at that moment she saw a monster who would kill innocents without hesitation. Who would want to have a spouse that’s a cold blooded killer?

Yay plo lived
I waited for this
For context I saw the community post and was like hmm that sounds and subbed to see it when it came
To be fair, I think Commander fox would have followed along with order 66, as he reported directly to Palpatine, not the Jedi.
What about the clones? What do you feel would happen to them after the war? Retirement? Fight the Black Sun and Hutt Cartels? Regardless, good video man. ^^
Darth maul was so out of pocket on this one 🤣
I love your channel keep up the great stuff
Tje thing that somt really realised is that as the prequels went on the droids became more humanized amd the clone troopers(after order 66) became more robotic
I don’t think fox and his men would be able to fight though it because they were made for the chancellor and they would have bonded with him not the Jedi
Day 6 of asking for one of this two based off of my what if stories I have posted on AO3.
1) what if the Sith Empire returned during the High Republic era
2) what if Jyn Erso survived Rogue one and went to to meet and fall in love with Luke Skywalker.
3) what if Leia chose to complete her Jedi training instead of leaving it
The titles of mine are High Republic Awakening and A Change of fate, the third one I haven't written but it would be an interesting one
Fox and Appo are 🐐🐐🐐 in this🔥🔥
great video man keep doing great things.
This was an AWESOME video
If only Bariss Offee was in this since she was still alive during the events of RotS.

Dude this was such a great storyline. Love such a cool drastic change. Amazing stories. Love them all, the time traveling ones too. Thanks for all these stories. I listen to them at work and just great stuff! Thabks for all your hard work into these, all of us appreciate it! Happy new years!
