Richard saying “Peekle!” makes me forget that he is a grown man and it’s hilarious.
This !!!! 🤣 and the ding fries are done 🤣 got to love Richard personality lol
It’s honestly a mood 😂
9:56
I’m an adult I promise 😂
Swaps intense cardio workout for intense cardio bacon bits opening struggle instead. Awesome vid.
Hahaha this made me literally lol
Paraplegic since May 22’, I fell from a 40 foot cliff. Blessed to be alive, I appreciate your channel. Also the leadership role you accepted! Keep fighting the good fight big dawg.
Nice to see someone else say that he’s allergic to onions. If I say I’m allergic to onions most people say something like: “you can’t be allergic to onions” or “just try it, you don’t taste them at all”.
I found going from a manual chair to a powerchair made weight gain a problem over 6 years. Dietitians don’t agree with me that it makes any difference for calorie requirements. I seem to require under 1000 calories now which is making weight loss really difficult.
The first meal looked so good. I love anything that's low effort yet tastes good.
Same, I’m a busy dude with not a lot of time to make food. These meals really help me stay efficient and on track
I need to get a new pan. Mine is a nightmare to clean after I made scrambled eggs, even when I clean it immediately!
Congrats on over 80k subscribers! Great achievement! I loved the footage of Richard swearing, You need to do a bloopers reel!
New pans aren’t that expensive and can totally change how you see breakfast mess!
Thanks, I’m so grateful you’re here and on patreon with us! Believe it or not, Andrew and I thought the same thing and started a blooper tier 👊🏻 check it out 🙌🏻
Emeril Lagasse has "BAM!" Richard @wheels2walking has "This SLAPS!... SLAPS so hard!"
SLAPS
On a scale from 1 to SLAP... This Slaps

I made this mistake when I lost the use of my legs, I was so scared to gain weight that I changed my diet the WRONG way and yeah.. I didn't use the bathroom lol This is an amazing video Richard!! So helpful for new wheelie boys!
The sip straight from the blender is life 😆🔥
Nobody:
Richard at 14:18:
Straight up has three giant pictures of himself on the wall 😂
Yeah not too noticeable...lol
The idea behind it “was to see my self the way people see me” I have a distorted view of myself and can be hard and get down on myself. The pics show me what I frequently forget
Wheels2Walking I understand that, that’s a really great idea! I oughta take an approach at the mentality of seeing myself differently because I also tend to struggle with beating myself down about my self image.
@@Wheels2Walking I have no problem with having them up. I myself have a picture on my phone i look at. I'm going through something that you wouldn't understand. I do apologize for my comment. It was uncalled for.
Hey dude! You should get a soda stream! You seem like me when it comes to liking things a particular way (like your pizza toppings lol) I just got one and the amount of flavors that you can get is nuts. You can also control how much carbonation you want AND you can make a bangin White Claw. Loving the content as always 🤘🏻
You’re a genus. This idea will probably save me so much money.
@@Wheels2Walking Soda stream is the way to go, for both the wallet and the planet.
What I like to eat for desert is 200 grams / 0.44lbs greek yogurt with 1 and a half scoops of protein powder (vanilla, stracatella with coconut. cookies & cream, any protein powder works).
That sounds delicious and nutritious!
Thanks for the tip about cauliflower crust. I did the Wahls diet, but only salad.i miss bread, and need to gain back some of the 30 lbs I lost.
OMG‼️ Congrats on 80K‼️🍾
Thanks! Been a long road and we are excited to keep growing 😁
I am obese and have absolutely no concept of what my target weight should be being a wheelchair user with atrophied legs, without an ounce of fat on my basically non-existing glutes and such. How much do you weigh? Thanks!
This is probably a question you would want to ask your doctor, they can look at your personal situation and also give you advise on what would be a healthy and safe way for you to loose weight. Good luck ;-)
@@christafranken9170 No health professional has a clue about wheelchair users in this entire country as far as weight loss is concerned. Otherwise I wouldn't ask a "random" guy on the internet. I don't even know anyone who has the same muscle mass as me (look at Brian Shaw, imagine him in a wheelchair with bony legs, that's me), so knowing how much Richard weighs on the scale would give me a ballpark figure how much more weight I have to lose. I still have 56" belly circumference at 210 lbs. I can't make a weight loss roadmap if I have no clue what weight I'm aiming at reaching.
My suggestion would be to find out what someone your body type/size without atrophied legs weighs, then minus your current weight from that. That would show you the difference that your legs make in your weight, and then you can use that to work out a target weight.
@@harriet7494 That's EXACTLY why I asked Richard. My body type is his + fat.
I can't show you a picture because youtube is kind enough to auto-hide comments with links in them. -.-'
@@1355970 ah sorry, I hope you find out soon tho!
Will it blend! Omg what a throwback
Right!? A classic 👊🏻
Great job 👑
This is very helpful 🙂thank you I don’t have a SCI buy an AVM stroke at the cerebellum so I am also in a wheelchair but my movements are still constrained because my brain injury has greatly affected my balance and I can’t do any physical exercises anymore so I need to make sure I stay healthy!
Keep the videos coming!!!
Great stuff, bruda!!
Thanks 🌟👍🌟😁
This is so funny and great and really inspiring me to try and do more cooking. Living off instant meals since i lost my support workers due to pandemic and i feel like shit. The biggest obstacle for me is i have a mast cell disorder which is like food intollerances to a bunch of stuff, but it’s worse if anything can like, ferment at all, so everything’s about being super fresh. But then I don’t have the strength to be doing all the prep work chopping and peeling everything and then also cook it and also clean it and also eat it. But now you got me thinking i might try doing the prep stuff a day before and just see if my guts will tollerate it since i haven’t actually done that experiment, i just assumed it would be bad.
Dude yes! This makes me happy to read. It’s not that you “can’t” it’s that you just haven’t figured out what works best for you yet 👊🏻
@@Wheels2Walking boy sherry
Bro I also can't have gluten, wheat, dairy or onions! I feel your pain - would love more videos like this
The pain is real 😭 I’ve been told it might be celiacs but in order to be tested I have to eat the foods I’m allergic to for a month. HAHAHAH YEAH RIGHT!
@@Wheels2Walking What really! That sounds ridiculous - might be good to know for sure though
Big fan of healthy pizza! I make my own crust and use whole wheat flour for fiber. With veggies and protein, it can be a balanced meal as long as you go easy on the cheese.
The cheese is the part that’ll get ya. Just like dressing on a salad, too much will make it wayyyyy unhealthy.
Loved the video. I eat pretty much the same. Good job caring for your health. Love your videos 😊
1:59 that also happens to me, those shitty ""easy open"" bags XD
The Coolest Person on two Wheels :-D
4 wheels
Thanks Danny! I do roll on 4 tho 😋😉
Unless Popping a wheelie
Great food ideas! Thanks for sharing
Way to SLAP those edits @andrewdeitsch 😂🥰
@andrewdeitsch is 100% on it with all the edits.
Thanks guys :)
Why does this guy remind me of Elijah Wood 😂 but no jokes i love your content dude
It’s my teeth! We have a similar gap in our teeth
Thank you for your video very useful with wheelchairers
I’m so happy you’re here!
So glad I ran across this, I need to eat healthy but get all my nutrients! I’m leaning toward a vegan diet but you do poop more! 😂 I was losing weight... yay! Just need more variety. Love cauliflower pizza! Learned how to make my own cheese too. 😋
I go to a trainer twice a week. I try to eat healthy! Please write a cook book.
Trainers are great! Maybe I will one day 😁
The dairy free cheese in the background is giving me flash backs to how nasty dairy free cheese is 😂
Edit: I was dairy free for like 2 years and it sucked I’ve been gluten free for like 6 years.. allergies suck man
It is pretty nasty in comparison to regular cheese, however, compared to no cheese, it’s pretty great!
Gordon wheelie
Hahahaha I’ll take that 😂
Omg you're like me. I see you have food items I eat as well. I can't have dairy, gluten, onions, nuts, and the most random items like caramel, broccoli, asparagus, turmeric, and etc. to name a few. I have a huge freaking list of things I am severely intolerant too. No idea why. If I eat something that has an ingredient I can't have, I am either down for hours, days, or weeks being trapped in the bathroom. It was really hard when I was young as gluten free foods and stuff like that was really rare. Thankfully foods have come a long way and I now eat really healthy as much as I can.
put that extra pulled pork in the next mornings egg scramble!
Dude YES! I do that often 👊🏻
Thanks 4 the Healthy Eating, I do mke Smoothies, & I hve some ideas......now, Im not in a wheelchair but I do hve health problems, I take 100 % Organic Natural Supplements & Vitamins........im in the process of moving, I do try my best 2 eat healthy..........
Richard you done an amazing on this video ! I cant believe the rude comments 🤦♀️ "peekle peekle peekle" 🤣🤣 oh gosh ! Lol
We have the lemonchello in our home and LOVE IT !
Thanks! And thanks for having my back with the trouble maker 👊🏻 he needs a peekle 😂
@@Wheels2Walking you are very welcome ! 🤗 and he sure does a PEEKLE ! lol
We need you back 😢
Some cool tips in this video Cool job
Thanks!
I’m so late to this video just joined a gym .
Dude, You should do a collab with Squirmy and Grubs at some point
I’d be down but I think they aren’t the biggest fan of me, but that’s ok, I’m not the biggest fan of me sometimes 🤣
Thanks
Iced tea does not have sugar in it. Just saying
What do you do for living man...u gotta a great house...can u help me getta job when I am paralysed
This my job! I’m actually in the process of making a “how to make money” video that will hopefully help a lot of y’all out 👊🏻
man thats a good tattoo to get

so all i have to do is skip breakfast and only have protein milkshakes for the rest of the day?
What brand and size of air fryer do you recommend?
Daiya faux-cheese is so good! The only brand of faux-cheese that does not give me heart-burns.
The only “fake” cheese I’ll use!
@@Wheels2Walking Oh wow, thanks for replying :D My husband and kids are allergic to dairy, so we've tried a bunch over the years. Daiya is the only one that makes consensus with all family members.
Their other products are really great too. The chive and onions cream cheese is great in sauté. And the Key Lime Cheese cake is to die for.
Pan spray, meat, beacon and cheese for breakfast doesn't sound really healthy to me... Maybe its just American thing to count that as healthy
It’s definitely an American thing but eggs, lean meat, cheese, veggies, and a little bacon all by themselves aren’t bad for ya. It’s when you put them all together do they seem “bad”
Keto is not no fruit. That smoothie you had minus the banana would be fine. Veggies also allowed except for starchy ones. Sorry but it just annoyed me that a dietician didn’t have it straight.
This was just a tiny part of the conversation. She was just making the point that keto constipates sci’s like clockwork - In her experience.
4:46 The iPad owner in me so did not need to see that!
8:39 Really...?
11:15 You are aware that people have been known to drink the craziest things...?
14:15 Then why have you been making all this food in such short order?
19:04 Congratulations!
Do you precook your potatoes before air frying.
Im a parapalegic. An need to lose weight.
I go for wheelchair bodybuilding game, carb cycling works best in my time valide so wil try on wheelchair game the same.. ( I’m diëtist, drink Senna peule thee to poop… )
😬You kill me with the microwave though! 😔
Take an educational wheelchair daily assist plus emergency preparedness courses. Because think about even drinking through a paper straw. If you’re not hunched over and if you’re not sitting up straight vertical at a string angle, then you could choke! And so could you one day as a wheelchair user or senior! We don’t want to have the runnies, so what we need is soaked breads in water and puréed easy to chew meats and puréed soups and orange juice or pamplemousse juice drank through a straw and buckets of water with a long paper straw available all the time! Perhaps milkshakes with banana and protein box drinks!! Juicing is better than raw: various fruit juices such as condensed nutritional fruit juices are better instead of raw fruit because juicing removes the seeds and prevents choking in fruit peels etc. Strong anal, brain and swallowing muscles depends on a primary healthy liquid protein rich diet. Drink drink drink your foods through a straw. Drink water soaked super well mixed bread through a straw! Never hire a vegetarian nor vegan nurse: if you don’t know that meat can be grown from a molecule without killing an animal and you’re in the science industry as a nurse, then that’s an instant “game over”!

Hahahah FACTS
What brand of pizza crust did you use? The pizza looked great!
CauliPower!
@@Wheels2Walking Thanks, man!
A 425F oven without a pan, peel or baking stone for the pizza? How do you keep the oven (and kitchen floor) clean?
The oven was cold when he showed us due to having made so much before ^-^
@@galli0 I find it far too easy to not drop and break things in the kitchen... plates, cups, glass mixing bowls... Hello, stainless steel plates!
@@brantmorrison9882 sure, dont see what that had to do with what you or i said before?
Yeah I don’t really use a pan, the pizza doesn’t get crispy enough for me on a pan. I sweep when needed 👊🏻
@@Wheels2Walking Have you ever tried one of the screen-type pizza pans or the ones which are simply perforated? For me, they work better than the solid kind when you want a crispy crust.
Do you ship to europe too?
An injury you stopped counting
Is that an induction stove?
🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️
I would never eat the way he cooks....
Your kitchen table and stove too high for you.
Seems like you use yourself as motivation
I bet you’re referring to the pictures. Yes, I have a messed up view of myself and seeing those pictures let’s me see myself the same way you see me - it’s a perspective thing. However, I’m the most inspired by other wheelchair users that are crushing life 😁
Is it normal to not own a pizza tray?
For me it is 😂
That’s a lot of food wouldn’t yr food bill cost a lot eating all that
He made it all in one day, to show what he makes over a few days
I only eat 2-3 meals a day and I was making it for two since Andrew was also eating. My bill is “high” but definitely a lot lower than it was when I was eating out. About 75% cheaper to eat in! - even with expensive ingredients.
@@Wheels2Walking this ^^ for a family of 4, almost 5 it's like 40.00 each meal at least !! But when buy to make at home, we can spend 100.00 and it stretch for 2 weeks! That's with left overs. You just have to know how to shop, how to coupon, and freeze when needed.
just so you know, you can't be allergic to gluten
🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡
I know you are giving people ideas. Also, you are really funny. But man, this is NOT healthy! Lots of preservatives and lots and lots of plastic packaging. I am sure you can do better :)))
To each their own, better than frozen or drive through 👊🏻
