This show has made me realize that I shouldnt let anyone onto my property, help people or ask people to help me. Sheesh. Nobody wants to take personal responibility anymore.

in my eyes the judge is wrong. mr williams was responsible for maintenance of the garage door. He unwisely decided to try to launch himself under the garage door before it closed, when he could have just used the exit side door.its like a self inflicted injury. unacceptable verdict

I don't think I agree with the second one. You can't expect to keep bugs away if you live in filth. No amount of exterminating will keep them away forever.

The first guy got a money he doesn't deserve, unfare judgement, there was not 50/50 problem, in the contract said his responsibilitie for the door
at this point i think this judge is not fit to be a judge. after watched a dozen of his videos I find so much bad decisions... I'm even starting to have the idea that a lot of these are dramatized for the views

looking at the plaintive face all the love went out the window after the judgement it was commented that using the side door was reasonable and safe but yet paid out for doing the opposite the judge ruled in favor for a person who knowingly placed himself in harms way

The first one got me mad and the reason was Jason and his wife admitted the garage door looked raggedy so why didn't they get it checked up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They knew what they were doing but then acted like it wasn't their fault and didn't try to take responsibility 🤬😡. And also they rented the house to Roger so of course Roger thought it was okay because he probably thought the house was checked already for safety hazards ! They need to go to jail immediately!!!!!!!!!!!

Exterminating companies spray but they don't get all the bugs they can easily be hidden in your furniture.
I know this may sound like unbelievablable but the SAME thing (minus the side door) garage happend to me ....i just didnt take it to court and i was not the person who got hit with the door. It was my boyfriend i wish i wouldve taken my landlord to court!!!
The judge definitely got that case wrong. It was in the lease that the tenant take care of the garage. That couple did that pos a favor and he could’ve went out a different way. What can a person do when a judge is wrong? I would like for him to review this case and admit he got this one wrong!
This judge is so wrong I can’t watch him because that dude was clearly in the wrong and now they have to pay for his injuries 🤦🏽♀️

In the eye of a lay man one would assume the Judge was wrong but in the eye of the law and by the testimonies of other lawyers, the judge was right after all.

She caused the roaches, but he had to pay the price. I disagree with the judge. This judge seems like a nice guy, but I hope I'm never sued and he's the judge. I've watched quite a few of these cases and I believe he is totally wrong. Like the social media girl that fell 10 feet. She shouldn't have leaned over like she did. Common since tells you to check something like that before you lean on it. Her and her mom just wanted money. 🙄

This George is wrong to say that the wrong share. The plaintiff has an option to use an alternative since he knew the garage door is in bad condition, plus the lease agreement. As an adult, if he forgot the password of the side door, he could have contacted them. NO WRONG Shere in this matter.

Exactly a grown man changing the code to fit him but still magically forgets it. Did he show proof that he forgot the code or was that a made up reason. He was being lazy to try to run out the garage ended up hurt. His responsibility to fix up the garage and house then sued his best friend / daddy for money he didn’t deserve or earn. I didn’t like this case. This judge got this case wrong. I hope they can fight that lawsuit with an appeal

My room was always clean he kept breaking in and stole my property paperwork multiple expensive wrist watches and other things he rifled through and scattered everywhere
He is so not a normal person he is probably old or something because like how did he forgot his own code to the garage he did that stuff on his self
im a toddler teacher and keeping your place clean is not easy. it is awful how that woman suffered so much from that nasty bug in her ear all because the landlord didnt do anything for eight months, PLENTY of time to find someone to come in and spray the apartment. i hope she recovers quickly
Hard to keep your place clean because of being a teacher? It doesn't matter what job you have, your living space does not have to be filthy or disgusting. I'm a nurse working 12 hr shifts. I have a dog, 2 cats, and hubby on road working all week. Never is our place disgusting, filthy like that.

the woman has the responsibility to keep the place clean, she invited the cockroaches in by providing food for them. there is no proof that the landlord got the texts. the landlord did not comply fully with the lease so a shared liability would have been fair. misjudgement again, i am so done with this programme.
