NC man charged after neighbor's dog shot, killed

A Camden County, North Carolina family is mourning the loss of their dog after it was shot and killed. Doorbell video caught the shooting and now their neighbor faces charges.

That guy's deliberate act of shooting a defenseless dog clearly constitutes animal cruelty. Further, his subsequent dishonesty-first lying to the dog's owner and then to a reporter about having supporting statements, which he then declined to provide-casts serious doubts on his integrity and ability to function as a trustworthy, responsible member of society.

That is very messed up. Shooting a defenseless dog Is Not right,Though I understand He was biting and chasing your wife but you didn't have to shoot it. 🤦🏾‍♂️ And Now you and your wife are in jail for animal cruelty. RIP Riker🙏🏾???? - 2024.

So he’s a felon in possession? He claims his wife did it to not admit he used a firearm, and he took aim at a dog that wasn’t charging?
