  • Protein is a necessary macronutrient. There is a reason why it's called a building block. While the market is flooded with expensive protein shakes (some clean and some not), in this video I talk about a super healthy natural protein shake that caught my attention when I was in Kolkata consulting patients. It's low cost, high quality, and comes with several other health benefits. We usually recommended it in our food plans too, especially for vegetarians, vegans, the elderly, the young, and kids too. Find out what I am talking about.

'Sattu' roasted gram/ chana flour has never been described with health benefits so well 🤗❤️and we from Bihar/ Jharkhand have seen its usage since our childhood- sattu sharbat sweetened with jaggery , with salt & onions to make namkeen drinks and chatnis, sattu parathas are being made ,even Littis ..Bihari cuisine is full of so many recipes of sattu .

You really made me proud for talking on Sattu (Chhatu in Bengali), this is my and also my son’s most favourite drink! As you rightly said this is our poor people’s food but at the end of day, after trying out almost everything people are growing veggies in their backyard just like what our poor farmers do! Honestly, I loved this video and from now on I’ll incorporate Sattu again in my diet and my son’s too…
