The bass solo during “Falling to pieces” when Hoot is getting his grenades ready is so badass.
Thanks man! Been looking for this for a while, tried to Shazam it in the movie but it wouldn't work
Faith No More rules
This bass solo is longer in a movie extended version. Between Hoot and Grimes we see additionally Sanderson checking his weapon and Busch checking his helmet. It looks and sound definitely better.
billy gould is awesome 👌 👏 👍
Fast front kill dren.
this movie had a bunch of actors who started off and then did larger roles. So cool to see them in their early stages.

Yeah if you think this movie is surprising, you’ll be even more surprised to learn how many of the band of brothers cast are British, including our main man Damian Lewis (Dick Winters)
Tom Hardy is definitely one of the best in my opinion. It’s always great when talking with friends they say how they’re a Tom hardy fan and yet never knew he was Twombly in this movie

"We're rangers not some sorry-ass JROTC"... I can see all those JROTC kids getting all excited going to the theater to watch black hawk down in front rows until they hear that part lol
LMAO
I watched this when I was a kid (forgot the dialogue), then did JROTC back in HS, now back at this movie again. And JROTC as a total joke. even my assistant manager says it like this.
National guard, fake
College/Uni ROTC, Faker
H.S. JROTC Faker than anything else.
Maybe lots of JROTC kid join the 75th Ranger after this film
Guys funny story, I am European and when I was 15 I did an exchange program in a US highschool.
Since I love the military, I joined JROTC. Well, it was frankly **** boring. Basically I expected soldiering but most of the time you were sat in the classroom learning pretty useless stuff. The only good time I had in JROTC was when they FINALLY made us do PT stuff (pushups, situps, etc), and I think we did that maybe 3 times at most.
Frankly a big disappointment. I just don't understand why JROTC don't just take the kids and make them do bootcamp stuff (yell at them, make them clean, do pushups, running, etc). Believe it or not, that's what lots of young guys who join this type of stuff actually want to do. When you're 15 and athletic, you just want to push your body.
Well I eventually joined the HS Football team and got my physical/athletic needs addressed there, better than any JROTC. The training for the Football team was actually military like tbh. Tough as hell.
Idk what branch based JROTC y'all were in, but I'll never regret taking the Marine Corps JROTC at my high school. It's definitely goofy compared to the real deal, but I'll be damned if I didn't learn some good life and leadership skills. I guess I got lucky. It's cheesy as hell, but I truly found a second family in that program.
Speech over 😂 sorry, this just made me remember some real good memories

Epic movie eric bana was phenomenal in this what a badass.
He did his job very well.
They tried to get permission to use Welcome to the Jungle by Guns N Roses for the prep scene, because that's what the real Rangers and Delta of the Mog would listen to before a mission. But Sir Ridley couldn't secure the rights. However, he did get the rights to use Faith No More's Falling to Pieces. Somehow, it just seems much more appropriate. It gives this moment in the film almost a dream-like quality. A transition, between peace and going onto combat. Even the lyrics seem to describe the soldiers and their situation... "My life is falling to pieces! Somebody put me together!"
