never underestimate your enemies
You don't need that canteen. You won't be there long enough.
Lo mejor que le pudo pasar a esta película es que fuera casi imposible conseguir la licencia para usar la música de GNRs y utilizar una de las rolas más cool de los reyes FNM 😎
"You know what I think... It doesn't matter what I think..." Yup.
The amount of britts in this film goes off scale))
Eric Bana was perfect for this role.
Remarkable visual reconnaissance from helicopter from such height. Remarkable weaponry in American arsenal. Its was fact based movie. No fantasy. I hope my post isn't allowed to others for other interest
so many casual ethnic slurs being tossed around...
If it was the Us Navy and Air Force it would be different
They tried to get permission to use Welcome to the Jungle by Guns N Roses for the prep scene, because that's what the real Rangers and Delta of the Mog would listen to before a mission. But Sir Ridley couldn't secure the rights. However, he did get the rights to use Faith No More's Falling to Pieces. Somehow, it just seems much more appropriate. It gives this moment in the film almost a dream-like quality. A transition, between peace and going onto combat. Even the lyrics seem to describe the soldiers and their situation... "My life is falling to pieces! Somebody put me together!"
What is the nirvana song called in this movie? It's a slow one.
There wasn't a Nirvana song in the movie but I think I know what song you're talking about
🎉
Song name please in the radio
Legolas, Venom, Obi Wan, Hulk, who else?
What young man Your eyes keep them open there not sticks to lay straight I see you boys more than I sleep They fuck wither innnner sleeps Not sleep 52 went in the worm hole has it come out the other end ship did siX clicks bish My dolphins say shark's in da wadder
"We're rangers, we're elite, let's act like it out there". Half the men proceed to ditch parts of their gear. It's a sort of different take on the Hot Hand fallacy: past experiences lulled them into thinking every time they'd go in, it'd be relatively the same. I wonder though, if that's at all wise in battle.
USA army in Malaysia
eversmman
I hate the phone call scene. Last call he made to a beautiful wife.
I’d still bring the water, it’s Africa and it’s a desert so in those 30 minutes you’re going to get thirsty.
5:02, 5:10, 5:11, 5:12, 5:13, 5:14, 7:20-7:24
Song name?
What song is playing?
It’s probably been mentioned but the song for when they’re gearing up is; Falling to Pieces by Faith No More
Falling to Pieces in the background took this scene from good to legend. 🔥🔥🔥
I miss Tom Sizemore. Could've had a huge career; he just needed better people around him.
He wouldn’t have been who he was without all that turmoil though. He had an amazing career. He definitely made his mark. RIP
The fucker who took his armor out was the one who got shot square in the back later, right? Nice
2:15 Gerard butler givin off a death stare
Indecision clouds my vision
I love it when Grimes does the finger point so iconic but so goofy lol
I remember from Black Hawk Down, just before the attack at the armory scene Hoot (Erick Bana) is prepping grenades and taping the fuses, so in the event of having one land near me, having to fumble with the tape trying to unscrew the fuse seems like a waste of time when I can just throw it away I’m not saying it’s a credible source, it’s a movie, but I wouldn’t be surprised if someone did it to their gear
It was done in World War II by paratroopers.
Christ I miss the old army.
Rent Boy and Spud joined the American army between the Trainspotting movies lol
2:00 bro predicted the future😂
water, ammo, nvg would be my basic loadout for regular. Can't shoot at night if you can't see. Can't fight is you pass out from dehydration. You die once you go black on ammo
I’d bring some food incase nobody has any on the field
@@theanimalguy7 true. Adrenaline, sheer will can only take your mind and body so far.
Faith No More- Falling to Pieces <3
1:21 The foreshadowing of what was to come... better to overprep for nothing rather than be underprepped for everything
People be giving Blackburn stick about falling out the chopper. The Blackhawk was literally dodging an RPG lol smh
Not bringing water is such terrible advice. Its red hot and you're in full gear, of course you need water
fake drama added, they made the rangers look like some sad 82nd unit that hadnt seen combat
I just realized Tom Hardy is in this movie.
Disliked for that cringe intro.
Song please
Were Americans actors not able to work during this movie?😂 felt like the Trainspotting sequel all the Brit’s
0:59
you got the faith no more falling into pieces version, like the looped intro 1:05
The bass solo during “Falling to pieces” when Hoot is getting his grenades ready is so badass.
Thanks man! Been looking for this for a while, tried to Shazam it in the movie but it wouldn't work
Faith No More rules
This bass solo is longer in a movie extended version. Between Hoot and Grimes we see additionally Sanderson checking his weapon and Busch checking his helmet. It looks and sound definitely better.
billy gould is awesome 👌 👏 👍
Fast front kill dren.
Lol spud and mark left Britain and joined the Rangers in U.S 😂
Safer than being anywhere near Frances Begbie
"...Once that first bullet goes past your head...Politics, and all that shit, just goes right out the window." "Watch your corner, get all your men back here alive." Spoken like someone who's been there, those are the two things you really need to do.
I’ll remember that line
Hoots speech at 5:00 is the best I love he's speeches in this movie very true and inspirational
