He didnât listen to his reel dad & went the wrong way. đ
Awesome videos as always with amazing content
Iconic and ironic
Really he was involved in a cop murder. Hope he rots in hell.
My favorite scene is the end scene where he is saying his goodbyes to Sonny, looks down on him, touches his forehead, and says, âWasted talent.â
Thatâs such a powerful scene. Great movie. Saw it yesterday for the first time.
The way Liloâs facial expressions are so accurate when impersonating De Niro is very impressive
True, I was so captivated with how SPOT on the casting was for him! Down to the mole lol đ
Yah.
A Bronx Tale is a classic.
it's based on Chazz Palminteri's life. He wrote it himself.

@@johnowen7302 I agree Michael is a real example đ
The scene where Chazz (Sonny) drives backward to the club is the best scene ever. There are actually a lot of scenes in this movie that I love.
That was real Bronx Italian Gangster stuff back then
They were 1 way streets. Rather than go around the block we would all back up to get down the block more quickly.
Gotta keep them miles low. Lol
Getting up is 10x harder than falling down. Iâve been there. When you need a chance the most, people can smell the blood in the water and dismiss you. It takes time to get comfortable in your own skin again and get past those people. Hang in there Lillo, life can be amazing again.
Amen. Make it one more day. Make it to tomorrow and see what happens
The scene with him and the black girl reaching across to unlock the door for him was one of the best scenes in ANY coming of age movies ever.

Man itâs probably been 20 years since i saw the movie, but when i read that line i was it came right back to me. What a great line
Yup
Absolutely great moment in the film đđ
Naa, "give her the Mario test" is the greatest line EVER in filmdom....
That's not even the best line in the movie bro.
Brancato played his part like a seasoned actor.
I totally agree
I used to really like Robert De niro but once he started his political views I changed my mind. I've always had the view that the last people who understand how middle class Americans live is some Liberal actor.
Good actor but his politics are shit. Very disappointed.
He ruined a lot of my favorite movies by running his mouth as he did / does. I just can't make it through any of them anymore and its a damn shame.
The Saddest Thing in Life is Wasted Talent!!!!
Here,here...
I bet he hates that line. From acting to 10 years in prison. Wasted talent
At least it looks like he is ok now. Hopefully he helps other people with their problems. I believe he cleaned up, but I donât know him personally.
That movie is full of wisdom like that especially the Mario Test

Chazz Palmintieri is, in my humble opinion, the heart and soul of "A Bronx Tale". The whole movie revolves around him and his personality is beyond dynamic. He plays his role, the good and bad of it, so convincingly that it draws you into it. He's such a cool guy.
Okay đ. Thatâs like saying Joe Pesci is the heart and soul of Goodfellas.
@@franklopez7019 "in his humble opinion" Opinions are subjective and chazz did play a pivotal role in the film, so, childish emojis aside, the actor WAS the heart and soul of that movie, for him. Why have adults been reduced to using cartoon like symbols in place of words? It's so fucking retarded.
I agree. Chaz is an absolute legend & a total gentleman.
@@franklopez7019 Not really, in Goodfellas Joe didn't bring any charisma and likability to the table, and Chazz did that with Bronx Tale.
It's chazz story he wrote it. It's ALL him.
Even as a bald guy, he still resembles a young De Niro.

I was so obsessed with Bronx tale that I started questioning girls I was with at the time if they didnât unlock my door hahaha.. for real âïž
Nice to see recovery in action, well done lillo
Love that, door scene it stuck with me
But now what needs to happen is A Bronx tale 2 what became of the characters today stay married to decorate a separate ways. It'll be interesting storyline
MIXTA-B MARVELOUS MIC, I actually had that happen to me in real life. I was giving a platonic female friend a ride. Went to the passenger side of the car and unlocked and opened the door for her. Went around the back and saw her unlock my door, because of the movie. When I got in, we talked about it. I told her she should share that with her buddy, my wife at the time. Common courtesy is lacking in this society and this country. Another female I was randomly talking to said, " My grandfather told me it doesn't cost anything to be kind." What a STATEMENT!! I said to her that her grandfather is a wise man. God bless all.
Me and my friends did as well... jokingly of course. We had watched the movie on DVD at my house on my 46" projection TV when we were probably about 18 years old. We'd use "the move" to test chicks... I wanna say at least 1 of them passed if I remember correctly. I went on a date and she opened my door. Didn't marry her, still single at 41 by choice, but it's a fun memory.
Stereotypes Italians Hollywood loves stereotypes
I love people that are able to turn their lives around and do positive things with their lives...and then share it this way. All the best to both Michael & Lilo!!!

"WHO TOLD YOU TO DO THAT?!"
LOOOL I think that's the funniest scene in Sopranos.
What's funny is that his character could have easily avoided death by simply blaming his friend who shot at Christopher (who Christopher killed).
His was the one who started shooting, he could have just said that he started shooting back too when Christopher kept shooting simply out of fear and that he did not know that his friend was planing to shoot Christopher. And just reacted out of fear of Christopher when he kept running.
Christopher might have coroborated his story afterwards, since he also saw that it was the other guy who started shooting, and Christopher could have said that he might have been right, since he kept shooting at both of them once the bullets started flying :P
@lockstam Exactly. The Skip never would've bought that story. Haha
Lillo carries it like a Man. We all fall at some point in our life, it's about how we get up & dust ourselves off and move forward.
Lillo is an impressive guy & genuine. Bona Fortuna, Lillo.
We all fall but we don't get involved in the death of an off duty cop
An OG told me a couple things as a kid .1 you have 2 eyes and 2 ears and 1 mouth. See and hear twice as much as you talk. 2nd thing is more important you don't have to make mistakes to learn from them.

I love a Bronx Tale so much, such a great film. I was a kid when they filmed it and we have pictures with myself and my siblings in Robert DeNiro's bus. They actually filmed the movie on 30th avenue in Astoria Queens. I lived a block away from where the church and Sonny's bar was. I am not going to compare my situation. However watching this makes me love my stepdad even more. I grew up in Brooklyn. I passed bars like Talis on 18th ave. on a daily basis. The time period was early to mid 80âs. Seeing the cars, the clothes and especially the women drew my attention. One night I told my dad that the women coming out the cars and going in were so beautiful. I then told him I want to go in and hang out to see what goes on. He then smacked me and said if I catch you there they wonât ever have to break your legs because I will! I then said dad what the hell? He realized I was so naive that I really didnât have a clue. After calmer heads prevailed he explained why I should walk across the street each night instead. Later on as we know a famous hit took place there and I passed on the other side of the street and saw the place boarded up. Not quite a Bronx tale - but I am sure many people have similar Brooklyn tales to tell. God rest my dads soul as there were other missteps he helped me with.
What an actor in Bronx tale, love the guy the only thing he forgets to mention is that he was born in Bogota Colombia as Saul Rodriguez, I donât think it would hurt him to mention that lithe fact since he was perfect for that role, I guess he remained in carĂĄcter all his life.

Great đ sitdown .... just a little part saying he is Sicilian.... He was adopted born in Colombia đšđŽ...... raised by an Italian family... glad he turn it around for the most part .... and yes BRonx tale is one of my favorites... I was Born in the Bronx .
The reason Chazz wound up in the film was because A; De Niro had seen him do a one man show of the scrip he had written and B, Chazz held out. I spent a few hours with him at his house a few years ago and when we spoke about a film I was writing, he told-time and again, "To never give away the script." He was offered one million dollars at one point to sell the entire rights away-but he held out (not knowing if he blew all of his opportunities ) until finally, he got everything he wanted-including playing that role. He's a good man with a lot of wisdom under his belt.
I learn the greatest give of all; The saddest thing in life is wasting time and the choices that you make will shape your life forever. You can ask anybody from my neighborhood and they must tell you this is just another Bronx Tale.
