I can see alot of people reacting to an answer either get cut off or put on hold because of Piers adding more to the initial question. It's not only a way to make an interview feel more like a leveled conversation but also a way to counter any "practiced" or rehearsed replies. And sometimes I'm pretty sure Piers own curiousity just got the best of him which makes him an even more pleasant interviewer. Treat others like you want to be treated yourself. This was a good interview thanks to both parties.

And everyone has to do it if they're told to, no matter who their father is. So its very likely that Michael had to do something along those lines, but the feds just never had anything on him, besides the gas scheme scam, and that was cause his partner got caught and gave him up.
