okay first, .762 rounds are THUNDEROUS. if a Draco goes off and you're not ready for it, it's going to shock you, and that shock can make it go off again. the question isn't how did he shoot twice. the question is how much time passed between shots. if more than a second passed, he probably did it intentionally. if it was less than a second, it's reasonable that it was an accident.
