Then ATL popularized Crunk with artists like Lil Jon, Pastor Troy, Trillville, Lil Scrappy, Oomp Camp, Drama, etc. That morphed into the first wave of ATL style trap music...Jeezy, old Gucci, Shawty Redd beats, Zaytoven beats....then you had the 2nd Wave of ATL style Trap music with 808 Mafia and Gucci's brick squad with people like Flocka, Slim Dunkin, etc.....That 2nd wave of ATL trap music is what inspired Chicago Drill music. It all stems from that original Memphis crunk. Old head here I'm 36.
