  • Hello, I'm Doctor Alekseev - a chiropractor, neurologist, and kinesiologist.
In the new video, I intentionally raised my blood pressure. You may ask, why, and most importantly, will I be able to lower it without pills? In medicine, there's a theory that the state of the neck affects blood pressure, specifically the short extensors of the neck. The vertebral artery passes between them before entering the cranial cavity. If it's compressed, it may affect intracranial pressure and indirectly impact overall blood pressure. I decided to test this theory. As I mentioned earlier, I'll first raise my blood pressure and then try to lower it by affecting my neck. Let's see if I can succeed or if the experiment goes out of control. Don't forget to like, comment, and subscribe.

Chia crackers can also lower your blood pressure. Mix 1/2 cup chia seeds with 1 cup water and let it thicken for a few minutes while stirring. Spread on a dehydrator sheet and dehydrate at 120 degrees for 2 hours. Flip the sheet and dehydrate another 2 hours. When crisp, break into medium size pieces and eat. My blood pressure was in the high 40's to 50's. Once I started eating chia seed crackers, I was getting readings in the 20's and sometimes in the teens. It might take you a couple weeks to see the difference, but it will help.
I also cut out all processed sugar, bread, pasta and dairy. You will lose enormous amounts of fat with this life style change. I lost over 20lbs in one month and I have kept the weight off for almost a year now. I have never been obese but I was getting a belly. I lost 3 pant sizes within a few months.

@@debraspencer6438 Hi Deb. I eat mostly raw vegetables, sometimes I do cook corn, peas or mixed vegetables. I also eat a big salad for dinner every night and I put in lots of vegetables with that. I make my own salad dressing with olive oil and apple cider vinegar. I eat several different types of nuts with raisins and dates, I also eat lots of fruit.
For breakfast I like oatmeal, but I don't cook it in a pan, I just pour hot water on it and let is cook in the bowl. I add chopped walnuts, cinnamon and natural maple syrup to it along with a fruit like strawberries, bananas or blueberries.
I do eat some meat at times for dinner but it's mostly salad, some boiled potatoes and a vegetable.
I also am very active in the summer with yard work, golf and I exercise at home.
You should watch the Healthy Life on youtube with Markus Rothkranz. He has been eating healthy for 40 years and eats no meat, pasta or processed foods. He is over 60 and looks like he's 40. I also don't look my age. People think I'm 20 years younger than I look too.

Here's the problem. This experiment was a complete failure. What wasn't taken into account was most blood pressure units have a plus/minus accuracy of 3%. A blood pressure of 150 systolic can equate to roughly a five point reading difference ( 145-155) given the plus or minus 3% accuracy. The next problem is the constant readings have congested his arm artery leading to more inaccuracies. He should have alternated between both arms. This is just my opinion.

I reduced blood pressure by limiting my electrolytes to just one glass per day. Excess electrolytes increases BP, while electrolyte insufficiency will bring it too low. Minerals thicken the blood. Interesting to know another way.

This exercise is interesting how your arm pressure representing your overall body pressure changed temporarily when you did your neck exercises. I take thyroid medicine, and because I take it, I am able to" think" so much better as a result, which, explained by my pharmasist, raises the blood pressure in my head. He said that's why I think better. However. my overall blood pressure only slightly got higher. I'll leave this result up to you to decide how this can add to your study on blood pressure, but maybe you somehow activated the thyroid by exercising your neck. Thanks for your demonstration Dr. Alek.

    Interesting experiment, thank you!
It would seem that relevant baro- receptors DID respond to your manipulation!
A question, if I may: I wonder if the anti hypotensive drug you took, kept on with its desired action during the experiment.
And possibly continued to overwhelm your corrective manipulation.
I would like to try your experiment on my many hypertensive patients, with their consent.
If results prove positive, it may prevent the onset or severity of side effects of anti-hypertensives.
I have been looking for safe alternatives for some time, to these chronic medications.
Thank you for sharing your many informative video's!

My b.p. is lowered sutomatically by laying down. As soon as i stand it goes up. So i lay until meds start working. Without meds ..I'm in trouble. OMAD helps lower it also to where i can cut meds in half.

As always, excellent dialogue... I only wish you could speak English, as the AI being used really falls short of what's being explained...!
