Most Gifted Artists often have issue in conveying their Thoughts. I could see, Sudip Da simultaneously thinking, uttering and then thinking some more.

Loved the episode. It was like my grandfather talking giving me advice collected over a lifetime. I am not particularly an artist but the love and the rigour this man showed was so good.

I think Ibrahim Alkazi was director at NSD, most famous for theater and film education in new Delhi.
Most of indian cinema's and drama actors an directors are his students...and they still appreciate and acknolege Alkazi...

"Art is not possible without pain" is a sentiment I wholeheartedly disagree with. Fostering the culture of 'the struggling artist' and romanticizing suffering is what leads young or beginner artists astray. Though I do agree an artist's skill isn't solely dependent on their talent.
