I used to think that China is just above India but still why India doesn't share strong history with China.
Reality is China was never neighboring country of India. Mandarin Chinese people live far away.

No. The the US military left it's more than 20 bases in the Philippines, including Clark Air Base and Subic Naval Base in the early 90's. American forces were later allowed to "visit" the Philippines under the Visiting Forces Agreement and EDCA.
Now, the Philippines, under Marcos Jr, has pivoted away from China and moved closer to the US.
Marcos Jr has openly allowed the Americans access to more bases in the Philippines, giving the US the opportunity to station more US troops and military hardware and supplies in the Philippines.

Santa Barbara and it even had its successful launch of our 1st Philippine made liquid propelled rocket called Bongbong rocket. Imagine if Philippines continued that program even to this day.
