More like protein powder stores lol. No way a human being can physically eat that much meat day after day. He must have been supplementing heavily with protein powder. Then again I question that amount of grams of protein. Was his body even assimilating most of it?

@@ElloCaptain In order to understand how steroids works u need to know its purpose, wich is muscle enchanting. What ur trying to say is that people who uses steroids can achive more muscle training less than people who doesnt use steroids that train more. Taking steroids without training serves no purpose and is an actual waist considering that it is expensive. Steroids are not only for gym it can be used for other sports as long as there is physical activity wich is ur case. U can use steroids and gain muscles other ways than working out in the gym. So i dont think im misinforming people.

I am aware that Retin A (Vitmain A) should be consumed in controlled doses because too much creates health issues however when performing heavy duty physical exercise it is okay to increase dosage. But I read that the bodybuilder should EVEN consume more because it is necessary for muscle building . My question is how much more without overdose side effects? Because I am engaging in some high intensity workouts.....6 days a week....3~4.5 hours per day....weightlifting combined with power lifting......can anyone help? thanks fellows......

I've actually done a bit of further research into this topic and you're actually right. It is possible to build muscle on a calorie deficit but this usually applies to only beginners who are just starting and therefore have a lot more potential for muscle growth. It's also a much slower process if you do it this way.
For the rest of the people, while you're on a calorie deficit and lifting, you can gain strength, coordination and preserve your muscle mass but you won't gain muscle.
