Runna still has some issues. The app doesn't know a person's age, gender or even daily activity, such as work. Those are informations which can change drastically the workout's intensity.

Yeah I couldn’t find the age,height and gender but I thought somehow it was maybe interfacing with my Apple health and getting these info maybe ?

I used to have running app that was free and guided me like a coach while running but that was years ago and I can’t find anything similar now

Thanks for the review, but I would like to see more video of the app. Features walk-through from a product perspective. Most of the review was just anecdotal commentary hard to translate to the actual product functionality.
