  • This is a demonstration of a predator 670 at 10GPM 2400PSI on 250ft of hose. Pump to unloader 1/2” hose, unloader to reel 50ft 1/2” hose to reduction flow restriction. 3/8” 200ft on reel.
    It took 3.5 minutes to clean 600sq ft. I went very fast over some of the dirty parts to gauge how well it would clean. It left some striping so slowing down a little would have prevented that. So say 4 minutes to clean 600sq ft which is 150sq ft a minute… staggering.
    Whisper Wash Aqua Pro 24” Surface Cleaner with 4 x 25030 tips.
    I’ve built this with an iGX800 and a Predator 670 so far. Note if you order the pump it come in a 1” gearbox shaft which is suitable for Predator 670’s but iGX800’s and GX690’s are 1 1/8” shafts and you must specify in the notes of the order. I would always recommend an iGX800 over a Predator or even a 690 but they’re harder to come by these days than usual. I’ve included several engine options on this build. www.texas-pressurewashing.com...

    I’m looking at the 670 now. Gonna run it with the GP TSF 2021. 8GPM. Did you get it at Harbor Freight?

    I love your content, but I was expecting this machine to blast through that dirty driveway, leaving no streaks or lines. This looks more like what my 4GPM unit does currently. Thoughts?

      Is it a hotwater?

      In this video I was using it for the first time. A 4GPM will not clean a 4 car driveway in 4.5 minutes. There were some lines left due to my increasing speed to see how fast I could walk with it. First time experimentation. We went back over them (10 seconds), rinsed and post treated. I have another video with the Whisper Wash Mini Mondo I'll post soon doing a slightly larger driveway in less time.
      Bottom line a 10GPM unit will clean much faster than a 4gpm unit and it's not close.

      My unit is not hot water. We run 3 rigs with cold water. We find even on gas stations chemicals work just fine.

    What pump powers that utility hose? Is it a pressure washer hose or what?

    any particular reason youre running this at 2400 psi instead of closer to 3k?

    • @TexasPressureWashing
      @TexasPressureWashing  Před 2 lety +1

      At the tips you don't want or need more than 2500PSI for cleaning concrete. Also with 260ft of hose and friction loss we are close to 3000PSI at the pump.

      Adjust your pressure by changing orifice size and not the unloader

      @@TexasPressureWashing no real reason to be running 260ft on a house that close to your truck, but if you only need 2500 psi, I guess it doesn't matter
