Why did people keep saying "the guns is not accurate" or "its not made yet" when this mission is clearly just hallucination made by the CIA, and bell was never in vietnam in the first place, you know maybe he used these guns so much it became part of his memory.
I think what those people are getting at is the historical accuracy of the weapon (I.e the M16 only had 15 or 16 round mags and I don’t think it was full auto) granted I could careless it’s a video but I could see their point

Dude I’ve still got my original hard copy’s of the game back from 2003 that my older brother handed down to me plus the fist alpha expansion game I have so much nostalgia for that game and can say it’s the best war fps game it is scary as hell I remember getting jump scared by the traps deep in the jungles haha it was more like a simulation as most of the gameplay was walking slowly through Vietnam trying your best not to get shot or blown up by traps was really realistic compared to cod way more advanced also even though it’s such an old game nothing can compare imo I just wish I could download it from steam as my laptop doesn’t have a disk drive rip

The only game similar in that regard was X-wing Alliance simulator. Another one with a huge amount of tough missions and an excellent back story that hooked me for months.

I wish they had way more tunnel rat stuff, a level with tunn rats alone could have so many multiple paths like a Maze, traps to disarm, the insanity and claustrophobia and traps has never fully been done by cod but other games have tried like rising storm
I finished the hole game on realism it was a pain in the ass somtimes but it was fun, on pc its much more easy to move and shoot so i played it on veteren first time then realism, man i love this game sadly its so short and the multiplayer isnt that fun for me gets boring after a while

Not really. Only VCs who were farmers or posed as farmers wore straw hats. They usually preferred not to wear them as a part of equipment, since those hats were discomfortable to use in combat and made it easier for American troops to spot them. The only goofy things about VCs in BO1 are a lot of them wearing bandanas instead of boonies, and appearing shirtless. VCs in BO1 wear black clothes too by the way.
Vietnamese language voice acting is improved as well. In the first game I was not able to understand most of the Vietcong was saying. The Vietnamese in this game is a bit more understandable.

Modern Warfare brought in professional consultants to mo-cap their reload animations. Black Ops gives us 30 rounds out of 20 rounds magazines and literally dumbest possible way to reload an M16. Brilliant.
I wish they would’ve made a more Vietnam focused mission like in b01 when you fight in the khe Sahn and in the jungle and then in the city. The Vietnam missions felt like I was missing something.

I really wish Treyarch could make a COD game based entirely on Vietnam. Imagine rescuing your friend or VIP from an enemy camp similar to 'All Ghillied Up'. Your equipped with a silenced CIA Sniper Rifle and a machete for stealth. Helicopter Missionsz Sabotage, Assassinating a Vietcong leader using sniper, Bombing a Vietcong Base. Underwater stealth. Overall, I think a Vienam game would be awesome!

Regardless of the modeling being wrong is that visually it looks like a 20rd, but holds 30, the presence of 30rd mags in Vietnam in 1968 wasn't unheard of. They were introduced in 1967 but had tons of issues with feeding so hardly anyone used them.
If you compare this to black ops 1, the map of level design in cold war looks like made up by amateur ~ the battlefield looks so small and lack of epic scene, everything looks so close ~
In blops 1 the Vietnam War missions are all supposed to be what your character remembered from a few years ago, and the environments and battle scenes were massive with atleast a few dozen soldiers on screen at a time

I was a Marine in Nam but I was at Chu Lai 68-69 1st MAW MAG 12 and lucky enough, not to be out in the boonies. If I had of been, I might not be here today. As for Nam war games, I don’t play them. Only because we never should have been there and we didn’t accomplish one thing…other than losing 58,000+ lives.

You have firefight with enemy in the cave, and their friends who only 15-20 meteres from the firefight cannot hear that.

They eventually worked out the m16, when we first got em after bout 3 or 4 rounds of automatic fire it'd jam up on ya, got a lot of Marines killed.

Not saying Americans should have been here or not but American troops kicked the living shit out of the VC. They were decimated when Americans withdrew after getting north Vietnam to sign a peace treaty. It sucks to see people act like viet cong or the North Vietnamese regulars were on the same level as American forces just because they won against south Vietnam years after Americans left.

From 3:36 to 3:41, the Vietcong guys talked about delivering weapons on a weekly basis, demonstrating cooperation between the Vietnamese and Russians.
China gave them the weapons more then Russia did. Russia told China how to make AKs, China then gave knockoff AKs to the Vietnamese.

Regardless of the modeling being wrong is that visually it looks like a 20rd, but holds 30, the presence of 30rd mags in Vietnam in 1968 wasn't unheard of. They were introduced in 1967 but had tons of issues with feeding so hardly anyone used them.

In blops 1 the Vietnam War missions are all supposed to be what your character remembered from a few years ago, and the environments and battle scenes were massive with atleast a few dozen soldiers on screen at a time
So that excuse you gave is dumb, your character in blops 1 was completely brainwashed and forced to remember past events he witnessed through torture.
Thats a very stupid thing to say because Adler tolds you where to go so there is only 2 ways left and right, thats how the map supposed to be,.
