Something to consider Zac, if it interests you; Trainee train driver role. Lots of Companies take on trainees and train them up to fully qualified mainline drivers. I did it myself many years ago with no railway background. I was a HGV tanker driver, applied with a freight company and never looked back. You seem to have the right attitude and a great work ethic which would work in your favour.
It's very competitive application process but if you succeed it's worth it.
Ive always been interested in train driver roles, just not sure where to even start?
Yes i agree, my mate does it and he's on very good money , and not being funny but there are a lot of demands for time on amazon drivers with pressure , not saying theres not on train driving but once you learn it, apparently its a good number to have
@michaelrawlinson8541 just keep looking on all Freight operator companies (FOC's) and all Train operator companies (TOC's) ( passenger) . If your unsure of companies then google them. But you must be within 60min commute of a company. If your not, your application will be thrown out.
Keep an eye on these companies, and they will advertise for trainee drivers at whichever depots they require. Apply and follow the process. It's extremely long, sometimes years, but you have to be in it to win it and if your successfully, you can have a rewarding career both financially and in terms of work life balance. Good luck
I’ll look into that - thank you!
the captions always catches my eye. im not an amazon delivery driver nor will i ever be. but i still manage to watch your videos. they are entertaining
Always love watching your videos and it shows how versatile you are from wearing a suit in Dubai to getting the shorts out back with Amazon… awesome mate.
Hahaha I’d like to think so, appreciate that!
Keep up your work hard ethic!
Hopefully it pays off long term!
Great to see you pick up where you left off!
Strong and Proud!
💪👌🏻💪xx
Appreciate that, take care 💪
Good to see you back grafting and enjoying work. That music at 3:43 scared the living shit out of me 😂
Me too 🤣🤣🤣
Your getting better , more consistency!
Appreciate that my friend, let’s go
I can also remember your Christmas ones, I bet you’re looking forward to those lol
Just done a nursery route lvl3. 145 stops 250 parcels, took about 6.5 hour
It’s not a zac video without his grunts ;) haha
Zac bro you should be training on nursery round 😁 you are a hard grafter..Respect 🙏🏽
This is a nursery level 1 supposedly
See happy to see your video ⭐
Hello Zac. My name is Mustafa. I've been following your journey on IG & CZcams, since you came to Dubai, I myself came to Dubai in March 2023, to start as a real estate agent
How was your experience at white & co? The support from existing agents and staff? Lead quality and training? I work in JVC at a small company, thinking to make a switch, any advice would be highly appreciated!?
And is having a driving license and car mandatory to work at big companies?
Thanks
Back of the van looks chaos. How do you find the parcels as you are going round? Is it loaded in some sort of order?
Yes mate
Hey!
How you been to go en Acayucan Veracruz
My easiest route was yesterday, had 68 stops in my home area.
That’s amazing haha
@@ZacJonesCZcams took 3 hours to complete then did a rescue😂 good to get a reply from you mate, your very responsive to your fans! Keep up the good work mate your a grafter
Banging tunes laaa. Too short to Shazam. What was it?
CZcams rap instrumentals
The OH SHUSH had me giggling, great video Zac. Just wondering how they advertise £99 and then plus VAT what does that mean? the one I'm training for atm says £99. (£118 plus VAT)
Oh shushhh 🤣🤣 I’m not sure how they advertise it, I am friendly with the owner so was in touch with him.
Like what you do with the netradyne camera, sticker over it lol, does it really work?
🤣🤣 who knows
Great video mate! What are the rules on shifts with Amazon? (Not flex) can you choose when you do it?
Not Zac, buy my DSP is very flexible on days
Yeah you’re self employed
Any tips on getting faster on routes
Do they still have the mandatory break section in the app and the other app that monitors your driving and gives you a score? When I left about 2 and a half years ago they’d just introduced them both and dsp was always making sure every one had all there’s breaks so they could get the metrics.
We still have ementor to monitor driving but I don’t take a break no it’s not mandatory
You ever have to sweep after your route? I'm having to every time I graft through mine to try finish a little early, end up finishing later instead ):
Nightmare haha
It's optional??
Did you make your own beats in this video? If not where did you get them as they sound absolutely solid
Nooo I get them off CZcams type in copyright free instrumental hiphop
@@ZacJonesCZcams appreciate that man, keep up the grind, been here since the beginning and staying til the end 💯
I worked in London, Croydon. The pay was £108 - £148 a day
How is it in Croydon?
@@ZacJonesCZcamsIt was good, you mostly work in the outskirts of south London, they don’t really put you in Croydon, usually 26min drive from the Station to posh places and more country side.
Do you ever get tips from customers or even drinks when it’s hot ?
Yeah drinks when it’s hot, not tips
What time do you start/finish if you're doing a 100% route and do you have any tips for going faster?
Organization of bags and overflow - don’t be a phone addict like me
If the job was like thaf every day i would do it
Hi Zac I was an Amazon delivery driver, I like driving so got my CDL I'm very happy best decision from 🇺🇸
Did you work at DM4X?
I left Amazon a while back. Do you still have to use mentor?
Yes E-Mentor is a must. Just forstop it and it still shows as a registered route. There's ways around it
Yeah. Abit annoying
How you finding getting back into the routine?
Great
Hey zac if you are free at some point today im about Liverpool and merseyside area later today
How long for mate?
@@ZacJonesCZcams today/Tomorrow
£99 a day is awful some dsps in my area are paying 130-150
That’s without van hire!
For 5 hours work is that not decent money?
Mine pays £140+vat and I generally make an extra £5-10 on the fuel so it ends up around £158/day. I own my van so no rental but you do have to set aside money for insurance and maintenance. That is for a small van route, large van routes get £165+vat.
I'm on £152 day rate VAT registered.
@@Jr-cs5ykthat was an unusually light route. Most standard parcel residential routes are between 160-190 stops. Including depot pick up you rarely do less than 8 hours.
You would love Alliance Healthcare good money generally own van just incompetent management from top down apart from that all good
Hi
Why are the vans manual instead of it being automatic ?
Most vehicles in UK are Manual man
get yaself your hgv licence and do nights on agency 140-160 per shift average easy as anything
Really? I seen videos of HGV drives in the UK and it seems quite hard the kind of roads they send those guys on literally are barely narrow enough for a car let alone a huge HGV otherwise I was also thinking of getting into HGV lessons but that just put me off watching them struggle to reverse out of spots and finding hard to deliver locations in narrow roads, but all these videos were multi drop morning ones maybe the night shifts are the long distance motorway ones that’s what I hoped it would be
Its hard to get a job once you pass i done it 2 year ago and havent been to get a job in it as i dont have the experience.
@@ryanjames3730 I passed and got a job right away, don't bother with online applications ring people up and walk into places
Are you allowed to just open people's doors and put parcels inside and walk off?
No, the porches yes!
What’s the pay like for hundred parcel a day
99 a day
I had 240 parcels (10 bags) today and was done by 5pm, I was shocked 🤣
Well played 🤣💪
I managed 125 stops in 4 hours today lol 🎉
@@RoaminRob i unfortunately had 165 and took a loooooong time
@@matty4432 im dreading the full routes lol
@@RoaminRob they’re easy after a few weeks, I do around 25-30 stops an hour, a route with like 170 stops usually takes me till 6:30-7pm from 11:10am
What happens if you get a parking ticket
Jeff Bezos starts giggling 🤭
Where do you go to the toilet?
👀
Piss bottle or a bush usually. Sad truth of it 😂
Sorry to be negative, love the content and all mate, but all that work and this is an easy route, and you only get £99 day :O that's bad on amazon's part
🤣🤣🤣
Work offline so much quicker

Why do People lock Porch doors when they are expecting a delivery from Amazon? 😂
It’s been on my mind too 🤣
Its a nightmare, 50% of my sunday weren't in today...
Grab a drink on me
Marky 💪💪 appreciate that
See your still running 🙄????
I’m not going to be lectured on running
