The way it works is he is a subcontractor working for a contracted company doing Amazon delivery’s. I did this to it worked out great until Amazon bought out the subcontracting company and made us all the same as drivers, same pay for every one even if you were faster and better than other drivers. With the subcontractor company they would give you incentives for your hard work Amazon will not!! Unfortunately this is the goal of the subcontractor company to get bought by Amazon by performing well. Good luck pal!!

Spend a year working as a DA you won’t last any longer! The job is dead, pay is shit the cons outweighs the pros all day long! 200 plus drops a day is a joke and isn’t feasible then you are expected to pick up from other drivers! I was working 6 days a week and just before I quit last week I had already dropped my days down to three. Would i recommend it as a full time job? It's a shit job buddy. I would not reccommend anyone starting this job. I did it for a few months at the back end of last year. When you add up the hours you do and the pay you get, it's no better than stacking shelves at ASDA or minimum wage. Now, in 2021, van rental has gone up, fuel has gone up but the daily £119/day rate has not.
Amazon and DSP's expect you to work like robots, they treat you like shit as if you are some kind of second class citizen.
