- Part of the appeal of owning a motorcycle is the feeling that you can take off on some epic adventure at the drop of a hat. Well, our Two Wheelin’ traveler Brian Robinson never needs an excuse to hit the road, and this week he’s found a rebellious new companion from Honda.

This bike is really getting my attention. It's a lightweight, fast, tourer with a low seat. Everything I was looking for.
Fantastic bike in nearly every way. DCT is incredible
Why would you want a DCT? The whole point of riding a motorcycle is more engagement than a car. Plus whenever you get in a pinch, having a clutch is a good thing
Amen. I love it. Sit back. And relax. Enjoying the ride!
@@AE86FTSokay what a out a combat vet that wants to ride still but his legs have been injured and can't click his own gears anymore? Y'all seem to not think of disabled people being able to ride again, and it's a damn shame
I need to test ride one. Honda just announced the manual version is finally coming to the US (and in green!) but I keep hearing how great the DCT is.
As a 6’0” 200lb rider this bike is great! The dct is absolutely unreal! Honda knocked it out of the park with this one imo! Super fun bike to mod too!
Honda is the king motorcycles. Still the sales leader.
This bike is growing on me big time. And for a third of the cost is nice as well.
I always enjoy your motorcycle reviews, MotorWeek. Nice bike!
The price got me going. I'm going for a test drive this week.
Thanks for the review!
I have a yamaha xmax which is great for everything but touring long distances. I am very interested in this for longer, more relaxed adventures.
If the Rebal 1100 T had shaftdrive I'd walk out to the garage and go for a ride. Please Honda!!!!!
Swamps too much grunt
A belt maybe?
@@phdzzz yeah, could be. 🤔
Is there a manual red Bordeaux version of it ?
Not for 2023-you’ll have to find a ‘21-22 for the red manual in the US. Note that because it’ll be their base, non-T model, it won’t come with the fairing and hard bags.
Needs dual exhaust and shaft or belt drive.
Does the bike need valve adjustment or are they hydraulic.
I love my old ACE 1100 tourer.
It was just gas oil and tires.
Can you get one of these in the US?
Good question , on there US site it doesn't even show the bike.
I'm so worried whether to choose manual or dct.. It's hard.
Your choice is easy since you won’t find a manual for sale anywhere.
@@mikemccormick8115 I want more..
@@mikemccormick8115we get both, but only one color, black...and I prefer that Bordeaux red...don't understand Honda's thinking, and that's evident across the board in all race series, they used to be untouchable?
Pity it's a chain drive. Belt drive would be great.
ありがとうございます。
Needs display from Africa twin
Love your Bike reviews. Would love to see more affordable reviews below $7k
A moto with cruise control and no clutch has to be one of the most American things ever to come out of Japan.
This guy took speech lessons from Goss or is Goss.
NT1100 would have been a better choice to come to the states....
windshield***
Biggest problem is you only can buy the DCT and I want the manual for a conventional ride. So don’t talk about the manual option when there is maybe only one or two for sale in the whole country.
Dont cry. Waot 6 Months
would you like some tissues?
@@j.martin4476 lol, yes I would!
There’s been quite a few in my area this past summer alone. Especially manuals
Not many at all out West.
I’m not touring on a bike with a 3.6 gallon tank. That’s way too many pit stops.
Honda.
I love Honda's bikes, I just wish they were more accommodating of riders that are taller than 5'2".
You can definitely make them to be so! I’m a 6’0” rider and it’s super comfy for me with the mods I’ve done to it
get true duels and lose the automatic.
Honda missed the mark. Bring back the silver wing. Lipstick on a pig.
