Thanks for explaining this. I feel like the media, tv and social media has sold real estate agents up the river with misconceptions of them thinking we don't do anything. I am currently working with a buyer client now. We negotiated the seller down to a fair price, but after the inspection numerous items came up. Because of this I have been working closely with the listing agent, buyer, seller and contractors to get estimates and repairs or replacement on items, updating contracts to extend due diligence, appraisal and finance Contingency to protect my buyer and make sure she doesn't lose her EMD. I think tv and social media has made the world believe real estate agents just sit at home collecting money and opening doors, which is far beyond the case. Thanks again for this video and breaking it down.
You're so smart and using a lot of big words. Definitely kudos to all your knowledge but please break it down early for us dummies!!! Your content is so helpful and that would make it that much more easy to follow. Thank you!
